This hotel is just amazing. Everything was clean, cosy and comfortable. We had an amazing massage here. And the restaurant by night is just amazing. The chef has worked at two different Michelin restaurants and it shows. The breakfast and breakfast room are beautiful, the bed very soft and comfortable. The location is not downtown but it is less than a 15 minute walk there. I would definitely stay again and again. We just loved it.

Whilst meeting friends in Timisoara they said to try here for food as the chef Alesssndro and his wife had recently taken over the restaurant. I’m so glad they took us here. The surrounding are beautiful, and Dana gave us such a warm welcome I just knew it was going to be a wonderful evening. Chef Alesssndro came out and went through some of the menu and kindly said he would do anything we wanted for our two young children. Dana was also very attentive to my young boys which made us feel so at home. When the food arrived it was nothing less than spectacular. I had a beef dish that was sublime whilst my partner had Seabass which was probably the best I’ve tasted. I cannot recommend this place enough for top quality dining.

La Residenza is a wonderful villa, with a great location, magnificent garden and friendly staff. The rooms are decorated in an old fashioned way, with everything wood carpented, old and refurbished furniture, reminding us of a vintige luxurious period, so thouhtfully decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean, very quiet. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, italian food. It was amazing, we definetely want to come back if we travel to Timisoara. We have just 2 points to adress: at the restaurant at lunch they didn t have the whole menu, especially the fish dishes and the wifi connection was very poor.

Good, well sized room and bathroom, but unprofessional, and poorly trained staff. Breakfast is good, but dinner is very poor. Location is good, but next visit, I would prefer to be closer to the centre.

Our standard room was large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the internal door to shut off the bedroom from the entry hall into the room. We didn’t hear any noise from the public hallway. The pool is small but located in a large well maintained garden. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. The food was fabulous, and the price was reasonable. We were put off when the waiter asked how much we would like to tip him. We will tip if we believe it is warranted. We ordered 2 beers with 2 glasses with our dinner. He brought 2 beers, 1 glass and only opened 1 bottle. We had to go and find a bottle opener for the 2nd beer. We hope this practice of requesting a tip does not infiltrate Romania in the same way as the USA.

Charming little hotel, where everything is done with great care for the details. The furniture, the porcelain tableware, the curtains and armchairs, all the decoration, the generous space in the suite, the music, the general ambiance is worth the money. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the service at the bar and at breakfast was good, breakfast was delicious with enough choice of foods. A few less positive points: the attitude at the reception when we arrived was a bit arrogant and patronising, the pool is only open between 11 and 18, which is quite restrictive and not really justified, especially given the price of the accommodation and the hot days. All in all a very nice experience.

We had a great staying at Vila La Residenza. A mixture of old but tidy house scent, good italian cuisine and excellent service. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it. It is one of those places that can alter your plans. We stopped to visit Timișoara in our way to Europe, but ended laying at the pool side and dining on the beautiful terrace.

It’s a nice villa, It has nice rooms, vintage, the garden is really beautiful, let’s end the good things. Once we arrived we were told that the pool isn’t working, we came here beacuse it has a pool and we weren’t told that the pool isn’t working (online) but we came here in summer, the staff was blaming us for not asking if the pool is working online, but in summer it needs to inform us that and it’s also expensive (700€ for 2 people but we were 3 and they had a small room with a bed in our room) .

We stayed at this hotel for one night (2 adults and 2 children). Even though we came from a long drive on a very hot day (almost 40 degrees) we had to leave the pool al 6 PM which I found absurd because we were the only guests for 2 hours we were at the pool. And nobody on the terrace that we could have disturbed. Very dissapointed in this matter. The place looks nice though. The breakfast is not buffet!
