The location, food and services were so great! We are really glad that we chose this place for our vacation. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Happy vacation with friends. Enjoy spa and massage there. Resort a bit old but clean.

Nice resort. Really enjoy our stay. Activities for full board need to be improve. Food too need to be improve. Other then that everything is great.

Returned many times, reasonable price, location good, suitable to bring family with kids.

Stayed 5 days. Staff service is friendly and warm. Their rates for island hopping and snorkelling trips are the best so there is no need to look elsewhere. The standard rooms at the pond areas are surrounded by monitor lizards, great for those who want to get up close and personal co living with the dragons. Else, the rooms near the beach and pool are great options. Swimming pool needs more constant cleaning as the water is murky. Buffet breakfast has good choices but is repetitive if u stay for more than 2 nights.

Overall a good place to stay and relax.

This property is an OK guest house but absolutely not a 4 star hotel as advertised on the website. The place would definitively need a refresh as the room is falling apart. One window was blocked, the bottom door cover was half destroyed, the shower head dropped on us when showering. Additionally, the overall property doesn't feel clean and safe when walking on the pathway without safety railings. We reported the issues via trip.com but the information got lost somewhere and no action was taken neither from trip.com nor from the property in time to solve the issue. Overall, this property is completely not worth the money as there are other properties with a similar price and a much better service.

Nice and suitable for family

Disappointing trip for my family. We have purposely requested early to arrange our hotel near the cafe due to elderly traveller unable to walk. Yet they placed us at the furthest spot and on 1st floor instead of ground floor. The room is smelly and dirty. Sofa bed is spoiled we cannot sleep on it. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Certain dinner sets needed to do advance reservation no one tell us about it. The hotel is too old... not very well maintained.

Great location and nice hotel and services.

Excellent spot for those families vacation. All facilities are available for leisure time; walking distance for food hunting & marvelous place to hang out at night with live bands entertainment.

Good service, clean and comfortable

Not much service, no daily coffee sachet, even need to pay for the bottled drinking water placed the room which is free in any other hotel.
