In Reception a boy is available he don't know how to talk with guests and the hotel staff is rude and they are not flexible, helpful and not co oprative.When we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm and the room was not ready we awaited more than two hours just for our Room. When ask them when our room will be ready they told us room under cleaning we told him we booked our room and the terms and condition after 2 pm we can check in how room is not ready you and charged us full amount before room Ready .And hotel reception boy behavior was so rude. I give them 0 rate .please avoid this hotel.If possible please book another hotel.And we had some fruits and they told us you can not take these figs and grapes inside room.

Friendly staff and very accommodating..we asked for a kettle and cups and got it immediately. Fridge in room …breakfast included and was ok ..coffee not to our liking . Room very large but dark ..we had a large bed with a blanket we removed and found a very clean feather blanket ..heat worked well ..excellent WiFi ..bathroom large ..even a bidet.. bathroom amenities..just shampoo ..body wash and bar soap …water pressure great ..water not to hot but ok Very clean …nice to have an elevator ..located near shopping

If you are a smoker then the rating for this hotel would be a 4 or maybe even a 5. However as a non-smoker entering the hotel is horrible. To get into the hotel you must enter through the hotel's popular smokey bar/cafe. The cigarette smoke is thick there and the next room you must pass through to reach reception. It even infiltrates into the reception area and even up on the second floor it could often be detected. Otherwise the room and the breakfast are fine and the employees provide good service. The WiFi was also okay. Our TV had the BBC, CNN, National Geographic, etc. However some other people said they were not available in their rooms and that the only English language station they could get was Al Jazeera. Note- there is no safe in the room.

Didn't know what to expect for our first hotel ever in Albania but must say that we were very satisfied. Large and very clean room with a comfy bed, marble and large bathroom with walk-inn rain shower with good water pressure and several amenities were supplied. No safe box nor coffee/tea making facilities but, since is not expensive to drink coffee outside we had no problem with that. Friendly staff at reception, smooth check inn. Quiet during the night. Breakfast was good, warm and cold items, cereals, yoghurt, fruits...no complaints here. Not so good : if you want your room to be cleaned/made up, you have to put a sign on the door handle outside your door. Strange, (or was this tactical ?) but there was no such sign available in our room. A 4* hotel should clean the room automatically every day. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from main square/opera. It was a good introduction to Albania.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the city center. Large clean rooms, a nice lobby, and a full feature bar are note worthy. The underground garage was important for our car as parking in this area is at a premium. The hotel rates are more than reasonable. In summary, a very good choice for a stay in Tirana.

La entrada es extraño, entras por una especie de callejón y por la cafetería, pero una ves dentro la cosa cambia. Amplias habitaciones el baño nuevo y la limpieza Expectacular, la decoración para gustos, personalmente un poco recargada , la ubicación excelente
