The positive first: Very good location, close to the city center. The area doesn't bother me as much as for other guests because it's good quality price for what you get and you are mostly outside anyway. Good breakfast. The bed is comfortable in the Hemingway room. The cons now: It was my second time at B&B Artistic Tirana. The first time was 2 years ago and I stayed in the Kandinsky room. The rolling shutter were not working. I assume it is by now... In the Hemingway room where we stayed his time, there is zero Wi-Fi connection. The connection in the common area is super weak and sometimes, you don't even find the network. I contacted them to report the problem. They told me that there were two networks for B&B Artistic but none was to be found in our room. All guests I talked to were actually very upset about it. The owners didn't do anything about it, like they don't give a damn about it. The bathroom is very clean but the shower head needs to be changed because it is full of calk. The shower curtain doesn't prevent the water from flooding the bathroom either. The lady in the morning gets impatient very easily when you ask for something. I asked if it was possible to get coffee too and she said "yes, it's coming" with a grumpy face. It was just a question since she didn't say anything about what we want to drink for breakfast. It feels like the place got stuck in time since I went there the first time, though it need a lot of TLC. Sadly...

As a previous reviewer commented, it is more basic than the photos imply but nonetheless a lovely stay in a small place with only four rooms. Breakfast was lovely and included some Albanian traditional foods. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room (twin) was a very good size.

My sister and I started for a few nights, it was a lovely stay, the location was great with lots of bars/restaurants/shops,... nearby. The host was so lovely, we also booked a taxi through the lady for pick ups, it was perfect. The remote didn't work but we didn't watch any TV and the water came out when having a shower. We also got breakfast which was fantastic, it was different day by day (flatbread with cottage cheese, olives, tomatoes, ham and cheese toastie with fried egg on top, avocado toast with cheese, tomato and olives on it. We also got fruits, cereal, juice, coffee and fresh bread) I would definitely stay again

I had an enjoyable & relaxing stay in this simple B&B. Set in a typical Tirana apartment, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast tasty and the host warm & friendly. The location is excellent, and it's good value. I'd highly recommend it.
