Good things first. Close to the beach, good parking, new and that was it. The reality: Beware you are in no No Mans land mobile coverage zone - ZERO! so 100% dependent on hotels WIFI which isn't great. They first allow you to check-in at 4 PM and then have to check out at 10 AM - 18 hours joy you have! Through and through I have rarely seen a new 4* hotel so budget as this. the walls between rooms are paper thin without any proper insulation. The room BARE. no decoration and why should you have a fridge and bedroom table in a 4 star. Mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, no extra pillow or covers, room furniture is Conforama standard and aircon is very noisy. The stale smelling cellar gym with 3 machines, no water, no yoga mats, no weights is a sad joke. When you ask in the sky bar( that could be very nice were it not for the kitchen bright LED lights) for a glass to bring to the room instead of plastic cups answer is "NO" The breakfast room reminds me of 2 star hotels. Funny thing is that it is not an old hotel but brand new. IN SHORT: If you look for 4* look elsewhere.

Definitely not a five star hotel. The staff was very indifferent, from the minute we arrived. The room and other facilities in the whole hotel were unclean, in our room there were visible stains in bathroom door and sheets. Breakfast was decent if going early enough to breakfast.

This hotel is showing as 5 stars on many websites, I would say it is more like a 3. We visited 16-21 Sept ‘24 and found the hotel to be unclean, staff unhelpful and local area closed. The bedrooms were spacious, but not very clean - dust on skirting boards, doors frames, on top of wardrobe and air conditioning vents. The air conditioning constantly failed so calls to reception to fix. The room was serviced daily with clean towels, but more wider cleaning was needed. Communal areas were all white, which showed up all dirt and grubbiness. Leaking down pipe on our balcony was constantly dripping, Extra charges apply to accessing beach loungers - €50/60 a day! Which we weren’t aware of. Very limited food choices, nothing for vegan/vegetarians. Only one restaurant available for dinner when we stayed, very seafood based. Local area was all closed - possibly the season ended early, but felt very isolated and no choices in close proximity for other meal options. Would not recommend.

Nowhere near 5*. Breakfast poor, queuing for Coffee for an age. Hot food not regularly replenished. Room filthy, En Suite not functional, no space for toiletries & leaking Shower. Staff indifferent. Nothing in the area to do or see. Avoid!

This hotel claims to be 5* but it is anything but that. I would put this at a 3* as it lacks basic services that any other 4 to 5 star hotel would provide. -Room Experience The hotel room was fairly clean upon arrival however, when we tried to start the AC in the room it was switched off, and could only be turned on if you called reception. The good things about the rooms were that they were modern, appealing looking and the bathroom had plenty of lighting and space. The shower was also good. As far as it goes for the toiletries and shower gels provided I wouldn't get your hopes up and would recommend bringing your own or alternatively, walking 10 mins down the road to the Conad/pharmacy to buy your products. -Room service experience: The room service staff were always kind and friendly and they ensured that the room was always kept clean and comfortable. New towels were given every day, however on one occasion all the new towels we received had random brown stains on them. This being said it's not the service staffs fault and it's just something that happened to us. -Lobby/Reception staff experience: Not much to say here, I felt as thought the lobby was well kept and clean, nothing grand or over the top and the reception staff were kind and provided help when necessary. However, no complementary water in the reception which you would expect from a 5* hotel, but they provided candies and biscuits. -Dining Experience: This is where they major problem was. We booked bed and breakfast. However, the breakfast we had was nothing that we would have imagined for a 5* hotel. There were only 3 hot food options (scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages) which were brought out in ceramic dishes which weren't put under heated lamps resulting in the ONLY hot food going cold. This "hot" food came out in small quantities and ran out fairly quickly. This meant people would be sat waiting for 15 to 20 mins just for a fresh batch to come out, only for that to finish quickly too. Other than that, there were only approx 4 fruit options, yoghurts, a lot of sugary pastries, cold cuts/cheese and a toaster that didn't work. However this wasn't the only restocking issue. There were never any spoons available if you chose to eat yoghurt/cereal and milk. The only way we figured we could get a small spoon was by ordering a coffee which came with a spoon. Hot breakfast was actually available but you had to pay for it which counters the whole point of booking bed and breakfast. The menu items for lunch or dinner lacked variety as well, they didn't really cater for different ethnicities, backgrounds or dietary needs. For example if savoury breakfast items ran out and you had diabetes, your only option would be sugary pastries, alternatively, if your religious background prohibited beef/pork/shellfish, there was only 2 vegetarian options for meals. The breakfast offered is not at all worthy of a 5-star hotel! The selection of food is limited and tasteless. The staff preparing the tables placed cutlery on chairs where guests had been sitting, and they were also coughing into their hands. The food in the restaurant on the 4th floor, as well as the beachside restaurant, was also limited (mostly seafood) and tasteless. Unfortunately, most of the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service; they mixed up orders, did not smile, and generally appeared dissatisfied. The "gym" is a joke. It only has 2 treadmills and 1 exercise bike. The room is large enough to accommodate strength training equipment, but the space is not utilized at all. The hotel is far from most attractions, and unfortunately, there are no taxis available in this town. You have to order them from Pisa or Livorno, which is very expensive and difficult to arrange. The cleanliness of our room was also subpar, with a lot of dust and ants in the shower. The bathroom was small as well. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all.

Stayed 3 nights for birthday break....while location was exactly what we needed...remote quiet town where we could switch off and location on beach was great....now for the hotel which unfortunately far from 5* more like a below average 3*.... firstly we paid for a slightly larger room with a sofa bed in it just to have a seat ...but on check in we were told as there were only 2 of us we couldnt have that room it was a 3 person room ( even after we had paid for for the room via *******) blank no from reception... staff.....room itself was fine decent bed and shower with great aircon but had nowhere in room to sit and enjoy a drink while watching tv...Next the restaraunt where we went for dinner at 8.10 to be met at door and told we must come back at 9pm for a table.....we looked around astonished we couldnt have a table in the half empty room so we left and ate elsewhere...and finaly when our transfer cancelled the hotel booked a car to take us to airport.....car never turned up TBF not their fault but summed up the break.....breakfast was ok with decent coffee ....could be fabulous with a bit of focus but just feels that the hotel hasnt recovered from last few years of lockdown etc....many thanks to night porter who managed to get us to airport just in time for out flight !!

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October. The hotel is located on the beach in a quiet area (at least in October). Nice hotel, clean and with good service. The lady who received us at the reception was kind and gave us all the necessary explanations. About the hotel: nice rooms (not all have balcony), clean, equipped with minibar and coffee maker. The bathroom is large with spacious shower cabin. Cable TV with various programs and free internet. The hotel has two outdoor pools, one of which is infinity on the top floor of the hotel. At the Infinity Pool you can enjoy a drink and have a snack. (thanks for service Alessandro). Sun loungers and beach towels are included in both pools. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately being the end of the season it was no longer functional. We'll be back in the summer season. In restaurants all products are quality and well cooked. Guarded parking at extra charge. The only minus of the hotel is the check-out time, 10 in the morning. In conclusion, a good hotel with a very good price in low season.

I booked into this hotel with my family in July of this year. We had booked in for two nights and were looking forward to the break in this " 5 star " hotel . But unfortunately for us it was far from a five star experience. Firstly reception staff are unfriendly ,rude and disinterested. Our room was on the ground floor which was spacious and comfortable but lacking in any kind of decor. It was clinical, white, bland as was all the hotel through out . Unfortunately for us every time we took a shower in our ensuite water poured from under the shower door all over the floor and out into our bedroom destroying one of our suitcases . The hose also from the bidet was leaking so every time we used the toilet we were sloshing around in water. We reported this to reception staff and they said they would have someone sort it out. Unfortunately it was never dealt with so we spent the entire weekend packing towels around the shower door and bathroom door to stop the flooding every time we took a shower. With four people in a room that was a lot of showers .We reported it numerous time but we were just rudely dismissed. When we were checking out I complained again about how tarnished our stay was having to deal with this mess continuously . I asked for some form of refund or goodwill gesture but was told as I booked and paid for with *********** that they could not issue a refund there and then. But would contact them on Monday and email me regarding the complaint. In the meantime I asked for a refund of beach chair costs as some kind of gesture and it was given to me very reluctantly I may add. Needless to say I didn't receive any email. So I had to make numerous attempts to get in contact with the hotel once I got home . Eventually they replied but they were rude and unhelpful . I made a complaint to *********** also and they were in full agreement that some form of refund should be issued. They also tried to make contact with the hotel on numerous occasions but the the hotel would not respond . Their lack of contact and communication with both I and *********** speaks volumes !! Their customer service is so poor and they have a lot to learn from other 5 star hotels as to how guests should be treated. We spent our hard earned money on our stay here. Think twice before you book this hotel. You will be charged 5 star rates for a 2/3 experience .
