PL.A. Krishna Inn is opposite the busy central bus station in Trichy. One can see this hotel in past times would have been a grand place to stay, but has now lost some of it's former glory and is showing a little wear and tear. The room we had was very spacious, as was the bathroom. In all it was a good experience other than a problem with the AC which was blowing too cold. The AC controls are deactivated in the rooms and it took 4 phone calls to reception then me physically going to reception before finally the AC was turned off. The breakfast was good, cornflakes, toast, and a variety of Indian foods. All in all a good place to stay.

Good resturant and good stay with prompt service and smooth checkin, has good parking and is on the main road opposite to bus stand, easy to reach no hassle, multiple food options available, ac works fine, washrooms are clean and wide

Available at prime location is a good value. Ac working not that great. Bedsheets cleanliness is not satisfying

The worst hotel stay I ever had. 1. Main door did not lock. 2. Toilet seat broken. 3. Cupboard could not be closed. 4. AC didn't fuction. 5. Only 01 towel provided, that too in use may be since hotel inception. 6. Stains on sofa. 7. Bathroom tile broken.

One of the worst experiences of our lives. The receptionist gave away our confirmed rooms even after informing about late check in and blamed it on us, saying how can you expect us to keep the room after coming late and hurled abuses at us for demanding another rooms showing our confirmation. We were stranded with a small baby at 1am in the night. And they didn't even have empathy to arrange us any other room even after seeing a sleeping baby in my arms. The staff spoke extremely disrespectfully and behaved inconsiderately. I don't understand how are these people in hospitality business and calling themselves 3 star hotel. "Do not believe the previous reviews" Please do yourself a favour and go to much better hotels.

Checkin was not smooth. The receptionist told us that there is no booking in our name and only non ac rooms are available. After some time he allotted two rooms. In that room the ac was not working properly. The photos shown are very old photos. We paid for two nights for two rooms which we felt was not worth. Only good thing was breakfast for which i'm giving 2 star

Location is in center of city & easily approachable. Excellent car parking facility. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is good. Rooms well maintained. Overall good experience

Mm t charged rs 4095, rather the hotel also charged extra for the same 4guests. They are telling their rules is extra for child's than 2adults. Iam very disappointed
