One of the best places to stay in Trichy. The staff is courteous, the rooms clean and they have an amazing restaurant. Please consider this as your stay for the city.

Well-appointed rooms. Near to Airport. IPL matches were played on the big screen. However, with sacrifice in car parking. My car was kept outside and parked within the compound later in the night. Checks done by staffs before checkout. Breakfast was good. No outside food allowed. Can't open the window shutters in room for fresh air in morning.

Room was clean. Location not that great. Service should be improved. Staff and management should improve on their hospitality.

The service ,rooms ,food everything is very excellent here this is the best hotel I have stayed in thiruchirapalli so far and it feels lyk home nice experience actually u may go for it with out second opinion.

Beautiful and well maintained property. Clean and well equipped rooms. Worth a stay! Kudos to the team for their efforts.

I recently stayed at Minas Manor, Trichy, with my family for two days. After spending two weeks in India and staying at six different hotels, this was by far the worst experience we had. 1. Poor Customer Service from the Start Upon arrival, there was no one to welcome us, assist with check-in, or guide us about the facilities. We had to figure everything out ourselves. We booked two rooms for five people and paid extra for an additional bed. However, the hotel only provided amenities for two people in that room. In all the other hotels where we paid extra for a bed, they prepared everything accordingly but not here. Instead, they just placed a mattress on the floor without a bed stand. 2. Delayed & Incomplete Requests We requested an iron box and an extra towel. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took over hours to to provide a towel, which smelled damp. As for the iron box, they kept saying they would bring it, but they never did. If they didn’t have it, they should have just informed us instead of making us wait which delayed our plans. When they finally provided one, they insisted on collecting it immediately after use. 3. Unreasonable Rules & Lack of Basic Amenities Later that night, I went to the reception to ask if they had any food, but they said no. Since my father needed something to eat to take his medicine, so I asked for a spoon to make tea which they provide but no spoons, only to be rudely told that using the kitchen was against their policy. However, the kitchen was visibly stocked with plates, a microwave, tea, and milk—but apparently, a spoon was too much to ask for. 4. Unprofessional & Disrespectful Behavior The next morning, the checkout time was suddenly pushed to 11:30 AM, even though it was 12:30 PM. We packed up and requested an iron box from a housekeeping staff member. He gave it to us and told us to return it after use. When my sister went to return it, the so-called MD (owner) rudely yelled at her, accusing us of using the iron box for too long. She was shocked because she had only used it for about 10 minutes to iron a single dress. He continued shouting, claiming it was an “emergency iron box” and that another guest had taken the hotel’s only working iron box something completely unrelated to us. When I went to return the room key, another staff member made offensive remarks in Tamil, calling Malaysians “muddal” (stupid). I confronted them about it, and the owner started yelling again, repeating the same accusations about the iron box. When I pointed out the staff’s rude language, he got defensive. At this point, a random woman, jumped in and started shouting at me without even knowing the situation. As I was leaving, she insulted my appearance in a mean tone. That’s when I started recording. I asked her how she could talk to guests like that, and the owner stood there, doing nothing But support her to insult us.
