Special mention about front office Courtesous staff Muni and Uday. They ensured the stay is pleasant right from check In to check out. Property location is good and room was decent for a solo traveler stay.

well maintained hotel and courteous staff. Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and food is ok. Amenities and equipment was well maintained.

Room is clean and neet.Ac and hot water all time available. Wash Room also clean. Suffient brightness in room. Breakfast ok.

Immaculate rooms, plush beds, spotless baths, delicious meals, top service, close from Padmavathi temple. Points of improvement: Plates and cups used for Room service need to be spotless and cleaner

Here are a few points 1.The reception staff were not all that hospitable in welcoming. 2.Corridors leading to room were very dirty with used up utensils and left over foods from dine in room service lying outside other rooms. 3.Bed linens were too old and needs replaced with new ones. 4.Washrooms were not equipped with all needed toiletries ( no hand towels, tissue roll, hair dryer, foot mat, tooth brush paste set, 5.Bath towels were old and rough. No shower glass door provided which causes wetting of the entire bathroom upon taking a shower. 6.Also hotel lobby had no AC. 7.hotel staff did not accommodate request for adjusting a breakfast that was purchased for dinner. I was told dinners and lunches are not served thru hotel.
