Regency Tiruttani by GRT Hotels

On 11th March around 1pm I called the hotel to check on food availability, person of the phone informed that the last order on the kitchen will be at 930pm and the restaurant will be closed at 10pm. I aksed them to share the menu card, and in the menu card, it was mentioned that the restaurant will be open till 10-30pm. I called once again & asked the same person regarding the restaurant closure time, as we were to reach the hotel at around 9-15pm, the person firmly said the Restuarant shall be closed at 10pm, as they have planned fumigation program, and when we requested to provide food at 10-30pm, he informed firmly that it is impossible to consider our request. On arrival at 9pm, at the reception, as were checking in, the person informed to have food ASAP, as the last order on kitchen will be at 9-30 & the restaurant shall be closed at 10pm. We again requested to provide food at 10-30pm, which was firmly denied. Here the question is are we paying or this property doing charity? What kind of hospitality business is this???

Great place to stay and environment surround here it’s very peaceful the staff behaviours everything is good the Restaurant foods and it’s available dishes and it’s taste everything is very delicious the staffs in Restaurant Especially Mr.Murali, Velan,Kumar,Rao, and Ms.Nirosha…..

Had a very nice experience in staying in Regency by GRT Hotels.... Nice,clean and spacious rooms with good supportive staffs... Food served by the Restaurant team was very nice...spl thanks velan 💙💙💙💙💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

My 2nd visit. Great hospitality and clean rooms. Chef Stalin conjured amazing dishes again. Pity that the highway has eaten into the hotel facade . Hope that the decor in the restaurant is given a classy makeover that is befitting to its Chef

The staff were exceptionally courteous and provided exceptional service. Please note that having a vehicle is essential to reach the property and for temple visits. Unfortunately public transportation and other modes of travel are inconvenient ,expensive and unreliable making it difficult to enjoy our stay over there.

Very good property and good located near to tiruttani temple I will rating 10 out of 10 and good food and service staff are very kind and helpful ... highly recommend this grt tiruttani hotel to my friend's.I will come again. Thanks to Velan ....
