Five star hotel, two stars service. Arrived, told that there were no clean towels in the hotel and had to wait 30-45mins for clean ones before I could use the pool?

Останавливаемся второй раз. При заселении нам сделали апгрейд номера (за это, конечно, большое спасибо, но гостиница пуста, поэтому у них, думается, были на то свои причины). И одна из них, закрыт бассейн и все зоны с саунами. Очень жаль, что мы не знали этого заранее. Номер очень комфортабельный и просторный. Кровать, подушки и одеяло - 5 баллов! Мебель и вообще оснащение номера очень качественны. Но, почему чайник и кофемашина стоят в таком месте, что ими крайне неудобно пользоваться! И капсулы для кофемашины Nespresso должны быть качественными и соответствовать уровню отеля (а, не те ноунейм подделки). По информации с приложения Трип.ком стоимость парковки, должна быть €15.00/сутки, но с нас взяли по €20.00/сутки!??

房間看出去還是很美的,就是定了三間海景套房,其中兩間都是別的類型套房分一半出來的,不是專門的套房,問前台,前台説換不了,沒房間,要麼付錢換,有點小失望。

酒店工作人員特別熱情,房間每天都會幫你打掃的和剛入住時一樣乾淨,酒店就在一條商業街上出門就可以逛街,酒店後門就是港口可以看到很多停靠的遊艇。
