"I've never had an experience like this, so here goes. Here's the short version. Don't go here, don't stay here, the people who work here, they won't care. They don't care if you do either. They could care less about their jobs, your life, anything at all it seems. I'd say they were rude but it takes an effort to be rude. Apathetic staff, service in their bar, didn't exist, waited and waited, even watched them on their break eating pizza, and looking at me like, what? Did you want something. And this was me thinking of what might be good to say about the place. Todos Santos is a great town don't ruin your experience here. Stay somewhere else "

"We truly wanted to give this stay a flawless review, because in many ways Todos Santos Boutique Hotel is exactly our vibe. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed - rooms and public areas alike. The pool area, restaurant, bar, and rooftop spaces are all gorgeous, and the attention to detail is genuinely impressive. We had food and drinks by the pool, cocktails on the rooftop, and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was consistently great. The overall experience could have been exceptional. Unfortunately, two major issues completely undermined the stay for us: sleep disruption. 1. Early morning noise (around 7:00–7:30am): Staff were very noisy in the lobby / common area directly in front of our room, enough to wake both me and my spouse. Once awake, it was impossible to fall back asleep due to the continued commotion. I eventually stepped out to flag it—disappointingly, no one apologized for the disruption. 2. Lights turning on in the middle of the night: The main lights controlled by the dimmer turned on randomly at around 3:00am, waking us up. We turned them off, but they switched on again around 5:00am. After that they stayed off, but by then the sleep disruption was done. We loved the hotel’s aesthetic, service in the restaurant/bar areas, and overall atmosphere, but for us, sleep is the #1 imperative, and when sleep is repeatedly disrupted, it negates everything else. With better sound discipline in the mornings (especially near guest rooms), and a fix to the lighting system, this place could easily be a top-tier stay."

"What an awesome and relaxing stay I had this time in Todos Santos. I came to work 8unfortunately) so did not have the enough time to enjoy all the amenities fo Baja House. I did enjoy the jacuzzi during a sunset and man, it is gorgeous. Don't miss the chance too stay here, walkable distance from main restaurants in downtown and super easy to just wander during the evening. I will come back, that is for sure, Aracely is a gem and super friendly person Jose has almost all you need to know about where to eat hehe."
