Good: 1. Spacious capsule 2. Lots of toilets cubicals Neutral: 1. They’ve a locker outside the room for you to put your luggage etc. the size is quite small so good if you don’t have too many things but bad if you’ve a huge luggage. I saw another stayer desperately squeezing her luggage. Bad: 1. Only 1 charging port 2. Limited locker space 3. Limited packing space

Exceeds expectations. Very clean place, every day there is a thorough cleaning (for someone it can be a problem because there is no access to capsules from 10 to 14). Included breakfast is a sandwich and a drink in a nearby coffee (it’s okay but mind the price of included breakfast, maybe you can find something better). Inside the sleeping space it’s cool and quiet - just all you need for a good nap)

The location is very near to the metro (take exit A5 from Ningyocho station (2 minutes) or take exit A6 if you bring huge luggage for the escalator (5-7 minutes). Tons of recommended restaurants near the hotel. I just love this place

This is by far the best hostel I have stayed in, I was so amazed by the design and facilities, everything exceeded my expectation of a hostel experience. Male and female dormitory are on separate floors, lockers are on the same floor as dormitory, and the wash/shower floor has common area for eating and chatting. Would definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!

I booked a room in a capsule hostel with a friend for two weeks. Our form of rest is to spend 20 km a day and after that rest and get enough sleep before a new day. It fit perfectly! Cleanliness, polite and helpful staff, showers that always have everything you need. Ideal location close to several metro lines and the city center. Спасибо! ありがとう!

Worst hotel experience ever. The check in was so complicated since we booked through trip.com, so we never received the QR code and/or any reference number for the self check in. As for the amenities, you receive a basket with a pj's and slippers (that you need to wear in the capsule room) and a toothbrush. They should also give some earplugs as their capsule is like sleeping with carboards wall. You ear everything, with people snacking, drinking, snorring. Definitely the worst night of my life. We booked this to experience the capsule, but save your money and book an hotel room. Also, bathroom area was very dirty!

The restroom area and showers were full or hairs and dust, so poor cleaning. The service was inexistant, and check in was very complicated due to the fact that we booked through trip.com, so we didn't get the required QR code and booking number required for the self check-in. As for my night in the capsule... an absolute nightmare. There were many women snorring so badly, I just couldn't sleep for most of the night. Very expensive for what you get. I just wanted to experience a night in a capsule, but spare the experience and book an hotel. You'll thank me later!

Good capsule hotel! It is very stylish and clean. 2 min walking from metro. They give you 3 towels, a suit, slippers, and a toothbrush. You are living on one float, but shower on other float. Cons: - The hotel does not have kitchen or even hot water fir tea/ coffee. - There is no regular outlet in the capsule, only USB. For example, you cannot charge your camera in it. - Every dar at 10 you need leave hotel for cleaning. Свернуть д

A nice little no thrills capsule hotel tucked away in Tokyo. It is clean and tidy, you get what you pay for staying here. Would stay again!

Stayed just for one night for the sake of experience. Well, it’s interesting, but not for everyone. Good choice for solo travelers who want to save money.

The shortcoming is other travellers who don't really observe people's privacy.

Great stay everything was clean and convenient ! On the female dormitory it was very quiet and everyone was so respectful

Nice decoration and good location. Just don’t know why there were night hours with some bbq smell from the restaurant nearby. Just for a while.
