Despite the limited space, the room still felt spacious enough! Incredible bathroom as well. The service at the desk was good and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Tokyo!

Conveniently located (5-10 mins walk from the nearest train station). Hotel lobby has free coffee and green tea. Larger than expected room and bathroom

Typical small Japanese room. Plenty of room for one or two people. I had a room to myself. There were two twin bed up next to each other. Room was clean and towels changed everyday. They clean the room every other day. Not much amenities at the hotel as it is small. They have a break room down on the first floor which has a microwave and small seating area. Room has a small fridge to keep drinks cold. Nice size shower and strong water pressure. Overall pretty good for the price.

Firstly, the hotel is 10-15min walk from Akihabara station, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage you might want to think twice. Also, if you lost your room card they’ll charge you JPY 2,200 just for a new one. The room wasn’t cleaned throughly, but bearable. However, for the similar price I’d recommend hotel like Remm or APA instead.

The room was well-appointed and spacious. The location is pretty good, close to Akihabara, but a little dead which made finding breakfast hard. The front desk person also did not seem to know the area when I asked for recommendations.

The room is spacious and there is also a balcony. Love the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel. They even provide a simple breakfast for you, one sandwich with 1 packet of juice. Will recommend this hotel.

At first have shocked the hotel not allowed us to go in 2 persons even you book twins room , I don’t know what the reasons ask us to pay more money 3000 yen per day.. but luckily trip.com here help so much for customer and they talk with the hotel and refund my money. Thanks trip.com so much appreciated.. Overall hotel ok with breakfast japanese bread and juice. And free drinks too. Surrounding a lot shops and foods. Walk 500 m to akihabara stations Twins room so small but very clean . The staff all speak chinese, english little bit understand

Have been stay in this hotel for my business trip almost 3 days. It’s a really nice hotel which you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee in the ground floor. Staffs are helpful and nice, they are willing to share their idea with you. The location of the hotel is about 10mins walk from JR station and it’s convenience that got the family mart nearby.

Need to walk about 7-10 mins from the metro to the hotel. The room is clean and tidy.

Pillow is too thin like baby pillow & only provides one pillow.
