GINZA HOTEL by GRANBELL recensioner

I would say It’s ridiculous and never again….. Never expected a dirty cleaning towel would go into my luggage, our pyjamas on top of the lamp, all towels collected but not refilled….. I was totally shocked and upset with this when I get back to the room, totally speechless Never expected I would got such a bad response in Japan as well, while u will just received a sorry n blame there is not enough cleaner over Japan, which is not I should be take care of as this is a 4 star newly installed hotel….. Really upset n disappointed

New comfortable hotel. I liked that the room was small, but comfortable. The view from the window was to the courtyard, nothing to look at. Consider this hotel if you want to be outside more and walk around the city. Comfortable bathroom and shower.

The hotel was located midway between Shimbashi and Yurakucho station. Lobby was located on the 5th floor. Room looked new but was slightly dirty.

Overall, it is very clean, and I am very satisfied

Very nice location, clean and tidy interior. It’s good for shopping in Ginza

the room is quite spacious compared to other similar hotel, we have a great staycation

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, location is great and is equipped with necessities. Many restaurants within walking distant, Sushi Zanmai Yurakucho (4 mins walk from the hotel) is good value for money. The room is dusty, a bit noisy from passing trains and would be great if the quality of coffee could be better. Thanks!

Best service and Yokohama harbor ocean view

All excellent, good location. Room & facilities very new. It would be great to have more vending machine in the hotel.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby and in the heart of Ginza.

The room wasn't very clean. Rubbish from previous clients who stayed in the room was found on the floor and which wasn't cleaned up during our 4 days stay.

Nice hotel. Room is big enough for 3 persons

We booked the corner roomlyand stayed for two nights. The room is fairly spacious, we needed to pack and unpack our luggages in the long corner corridor and there is no chair. On the other hand, the staff are helpful.

Good customer service and good location.yummy food and clean room,will visit in the future.
