Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

非常滿意的酒店，裝修的細節好喜歡，服務太好，下車不用去前台，服務人員房卡準備好了，直接帶到房間，窗前的東京無遮擋城景，有詳細介紹酒店，用具也很好，睡衣很舒服，想買一套，可惜現貨沒有我的尺碼，turndown service 時間會預訂好，有準備沒有咖啡因的熱飲，每天都不一樣，還有水果和點心，有配備睡眠精油，lip 護理，早餐有五種套餐中日美意和健康早餐，可以在房間吃，也可以在40樓吃，都是一樣的，健身房也不錯，有室外泳池，是非常滿意的酒店。

設施：非常好，酒店很新 衞生：很乾凈 環境：酒店離tokyo station很近，通過地下通道連接，很方便。 服務：非常好，我問路時，工作人員帶着我走到京橋站。concierge更是好，我拜託酒店幫忙訂餐廳時，很多餐廳都fully booked了，別的酒店告訴我訂不上之後就消失了，但是寶格麗會持續關注這件事！當別的食客取消預訂之後，酒店幫我hold了餐廳的位置並聯系我，這真的是太好了。 景觀：選擇的garden view的房型，其實酒店離皇居有一定距離且前面有遮擋不怎麼能看見。天氣好的時候，garden view的朝向是可以看見富士山的 （個人的過往經驗判斷），但是我在的三天裏天氣都不怎麼樣，所以沒能看見。

東京寶格麗和東京安縵共同撐起東京酒店的天花板 酒店服務人員從門僮到前台包括經理他們 每個人見到我都會和我熱情的打招呼並叫出我的名字讓我很驚喜 客房服務也特別好 需要什麼東西十分鐘就能送到房間 電視出現問題客房經理帶人幫我仔細解決問題 每個人都特別禮貌熱情 游泳池健身房更不用説了極致奢華 房間正對皇居東京站以及東京的鋼鐵森林 風景絕無僅有 來東京最值得體驗的酒店！

地點很好，緊鄰銀座，房間面積很大，超過日本絕大多數酒店，設施一流，衞生也很不錯，服務非常好，符合一流標準，不愧是寶格麗旗下的產品

服務很好，位置非常方便，裝修還可以，早餐中規中矩，就是房間有異響，嘎嘎嘎的，每間隔十幾分鐘響一次，早上6，7點響得很頻繁！驚醒後，開始有點怕！怕鬧靈異，後來仔細聽是玻璃窗和衣櫃在響！給前台反應了，應付了事。

個人感覺整體比安曼好點，尤其是服務，但設施對比小朋友不太友好，比如下午5點後小朋友不能進游泳池，除非沒其他客人。

位置超棒，可以從東京站下面的八重洲地下街走過來，也可以從京橋站走過來。衹是正門背對着東京站，側門又比較狹小，有點難找。 服務真的沒得説，甩上海幾條街都不止。 酒店設施奢華，mini吧的軟飲免費，還送當季熱茶和點心水果，質量不用懷疑。 一切都挺好，衹是房間面積不如理想中的大，但這個不重要了。
