The room is SOOOOO small!!! Don’t even have enough space to open one suitcase. And when I did, my boy almost tripped over because of the tiny space. No slippers inside the room. The staffs are not very helpful to arrange for late check out even if I am willing to pay more (except one Caucasian who is willing to help in the end). Won’t recommend for family stay as this is very far from the kids activities.

Location is convenient, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Providing a coffee machine in the hotel lobby can significantly increase guest satisfaction because most of the people loves the smell of freshly brewed coffee.

A hotel with modern designs, but also it means you need to serve your own. The breakfast arrangement was really disappointing. It turns out to be picking up your own food in a convenience store setting. Also, they issued the QR code for settling bill at the “convenience store” with a receipt paper, which is not easy to keep. What makes me more disappointed is that they refused to reissue the QR code after I accidentally lost it. The designs are great. The location is good. But other than that, the food, the service and the arrangement are really not what I have expected.

房間無法打開行李箱，適合情侶入住不適合家庭客！酒店用品都是自助在大堂一樓領取！最差的含早早餐是自助領物品，就是包裝的三文治、包裝的包，包裝的餅乾，瓶裝凍的牛奶，等同便利店一樣！沒熱菜！這種含早餐的早餐還是不要吃好過吃！

房間雖小但很溫馨，也很乾淨， 小民宿的感覺，check in 也很快又方便， 如果再去淺草，會再入住🫶🫶

房間很細, 基本連坐的地方也沒有, 放行李箱和坐的地方是同一個位置, 即只能選其一, 另部屋的上層以為是一個可睡的空間, 原來只是一個有塌塌米的飲茶地方, 所以下層的雙人床就必定要睡兩個人, 但又得一個义電位, 而另一個反而在上層, 所以义電位唔係好夠 ; 而廁所方面, 美其名是共用, 但沖涼的浴室玻璃是全透明, 即一個人在沖涼時, 其他人想用廁所或洗手刷牙都會極不方便 ; 試過馬桶漏尿, 工作人員完全溝通不到, 要用電話翻譯才免強溝通到, 但他們跟進都細心的, 我們晚上回酒店都已經處理好 ; 早餐選擇不多, 而且只限每天1000YEN, 逐樣計錢, 變左食個早餐都要計數, 所以極不推薦這家酒店

頂樓24H自助bar，提供多樣輕食、飲品，位置可眺望晴空塔、淺草寺全景，距離地鐵站僅5分鐘的路程，來到東京自助行的好選擇。

星野旗下的旅館，有一定信心，衛生程度、服務態度、酒店位置都是很不錯。 但有一個問題，就是不知道為什麼，這間旅館沒有提供水和拖鞋等基本物資。

객실이 조금 좁지만 예쁜 뷰를 가진 깔끔한 호텔입니다~^^ 이번에도 엘리베이터와 가까웠지만 다행히시끄럽진않았네요~ 뷰하나로 최고!!

在頂樓的自助餐廳可以看到晴空塔和淺草寺，地點算是蠻方便也蠻好的，走點路就很熱鬧藥妝店逛街各方面都很方便，而且房間是我們喜歡的型，附近便利商店也很多有很多好吃的東西，算是日本行目前為止最滿意的飯店

東京市區的飯店就是小 但選擇這房型足夠整理行李和分上下舖睡還不錯 美中不足是窗戶不能打開（可能是因為面向防火巷較不美觀）所以用造景窗格了起來 另外，早餐是給點數自行到樓上兌換 選項算多 但跟自助buffet相比仍遜色許多 頂樓可以眺望晴空塔和雷門很漂亮 離地鐵也算近

優點：房間乾淨 環境寧靜 夜晚去頂樓有免費酒飲 係房望得到東京鐵塔 counter有外國staff 缺點：價錢偏貴 房間勁細 沖涼地方係透明門 無其他門間隔 無飲用水提供 唔知門口個燈有冇得閂 搵唔到燈制 不過冇問staff
