good hotel, big room and nice service but theres no house keeping and the bed makes me itchy

公寓形式，處於居民區域，能夠多感觸一下當地人的日常生活。周圍好多條地鐵線都比較近，特別的去迪斯尼一趟直達，離酒店也近。 酒店固定時間都會有前台，但是其他時間就是完全自助式服務，好處就是自己有廚具，可以買菜自己做，我們安排時間緊張，沒有來得及自己做。還有有全自動洗衣機，自己用很方便。 酒店樓下就有一個不小的超市，買點東西，特別是早點還是很方便的。

一家四口，兩大兩小，兩張單人床，一張高低床。餐桌，冰箱，烤箱，微波爐，餐具，電磁爐，洗衣機一應俱全。除了廁所小了一些，其他還行。需要自己動手打掃，自己倒垃圾。客房服務需另外收費

有兩張1.2單人床，還有高低床一套，非常適合四口之家。鍋碗瓢盆烤箱冰箱微波爐電磁爐一應俱全，可以在酒店附近的超市買菜、香腸、魚鮮等做早餐。附近也有拉麪館、居酒屋等，離銀座購物中心大概一公里多一點的距離，非常方便。服務基本是自助的，中途打掃需要另外收費，當然自己維護一下還是很方便的。前台小姑娘和小夥子都是英語服務，很美式的發音，也非常禮貌。如果想體驗日本居家生活，一家四口住這個酒店還是很適合的。

The room was clean and all the amenities we required. Section L was also reasonably close to the train.

This is probably our 4th or 5th times here at Section L. Being a repeating customer had already said it that we love the place and we had prior wonderful experience with our stay. However i’d like the address some issues we noticed that need to be fixed or improve properly are as follows: 1. On my latest stay here, i noticed that the quality of the mattress used for the bunk beds (below deck) has declined significantly and it gave me a backache during my stay every night. I noticed that it is because the mattress has probably been used for a long time that the center part of the bed sink down and lost its firmness. I never have backache during sleep until this latest stays here. The beds here used to be very comfortable so please get a replacement as sleeping quality is probably the most important thing for all guests. 2. The laundry machine kept giving error code U04 during our stay. I read the manual and had to clean the filter full of dirty lints and thread myself (which i believe should be a job of the cleaning staff before guest check in)but the error still kept coming back. So I told one of the staff about this issue and he was readily trying to help to fix it. However, the error message didnt go away. I think you need to get the technicians to do routine check up on this. Thats all of the problem we had. Other experience was great. The staffs were nice like always, and the room was great and has everything we need. I have to say we had a lovely stay but please fix the two problems i told you.

The location was quite good, with both JR and subway stations nearby. It was walking distance to Tsukiji and a station away from Tokyo Station. There were ample convenience stores and groceries nearby and the neighborhood is pretty.

Loved our stay! Hassle free. Easy check in and check out! Replies to queries and concerns right away. And can communication is not a problem at all. Very helpful too. Thanks for our smooth stay Section L Hatchobori!

Truly appreciated the small gesture for presenting a birthday card and small treats upon returing to our room on the night of my daughter birthday. Very thoughtful. Spacious room for a family of 3, fully furnished with appliances, dinning table and chairs. Perfect for family usage. Within a short 5 minutes walk from the subway. We love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A larger (than combini) size supermarket just around the corner for our supper treats or next day morning bites.

really enjoyed our stay , room was nice and tidy . bathroom and toilet were spotless. Relatively close to train station.
