The Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6-Chome

Brand new hotel that opened in 2024, great location and walking distance to Ginza, rooms are very artsy and different floors have different colours. Quiet and peaceful, rooms are large enough for solo travellers

I had a great experience staying at this hotel with my daughter. We stayed here for ten days and received wonderful hospitality. Our room was perfect for us and was stocked with pjs, slippers, waters, tea, toothbrush and other items that were nice to have. We loved using the Onsen and it even had shower heads from Refa which were wonderful. I asked about tattoos and they said no problem! The TV tells you if the bath is occupied, although I don’t think this is actually accurate. However, it was usually quiet and we were mostly in there alone. The hotel has a really nice sitting area on the second floor by reception which we used on our last day to hang out before catching the limousine bus back to NRT airport…it also has a luggage scale which was essential with all the shopping! The limousine bus has a stop right across the street at the Marriott making it a convenient location to get to and from the airport. It was a short walk to many konbinis, shopping, and restaurants. I always felt safe walking around the area with my daughter, even at night. It was also convenient to take public transit as it’s only a short walk to various metro stations. Overall my daughter and I both loved our stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone heading to Tokyo!

The room was quite spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms, and since the hotel seemed newly renovated, everything felt very clean and modern. One small downside was that there wasn’t a small table in the room where we could comfortably eat snacks or relax. There was a small corner table, which worked for doing makeup, but the layout wasn’t really convenient for eating. The bedding and bathroom were both very nice, and the public bath was also modern and clean. However, the bath water was a bit too shallow, which was slightly disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were friendly overall, but one male staff member at reception was quite unpleasant. He had a very expressionless attitude and spoke in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay, but the service experience at the front desk could be improved.

The hotel is beautiful and very nicely renovated! Hotel stay is comfortable. Facilities looks new and hotel is clean. Location is considered convenient, slight walk to the main Ginza shopping street but hotel area is not congested so it is good. Breakfast is decent but and good for once, it gets boring after a few days. Only downside is all the staff at receptionist are not helpful, when we asked for help on different days with different staff, to book taxi to airport and asked for guidance on how to book airport bus limousine, they told us we need to do it ourselves and the only information they shared was the website to book the airport bus limousine. They said they cannot help us. So their service is very disappointing, especially for first timer tourist. Recommend to stay if you don’t need any help from the hotel reception.

This is the best Tokyo hotel for me (out of near 20 trips to Japan). I had stayed her more than 15 nights since Dec 2025. In term of price , size , location and services - it’s the best choice. Highly recommended, but it’s ok to skip their breakfast 😬

This hotel sits in a very strategic location between Ginza, Shimbashi and Tsukiji. Quite close to metro and can access most shopping malls easily.

No bad words to say about this hotel. Excellent in every way. 5 minute walk to Ginza train station 13minutes to Tokyo station. Washing machines on hotel floors. We got rained on and it cost 100yen to dry our clothes. Rooms very compact but big for Japan and have Everything you  need. The beds were really comfortable and even Pyjamas were provided . Ginza  is Beautiful. 5* Thankyou

Great location near Ginza station. Good for shopping and lots of great restaurants near the area. Check out time is early at 11 am and you need to pay to extend your check out time. Facilities is very new and clean. Hotel has been recently re-decorated so the atmosphere is very new. Very polite and friendly front staff.

Have stayed at this hotel for many times since it opened, great location and friendly front desk. Rooms have always been new and clean. However, this time around I did notice that the bathroom floors were sticky and wasn’t properly cleaned.
