Location is perfect. It’s easy to get here from Narita airport and to go around the city and also to Kamakura. Many different metro lines are nearby. Rooms are very small. But we were ready for that. View from window was nice

The facilities and room are new and clean. Staff are nice too, but they should be more fluent in languages other than Mandarin (e.g. English)

The room was super tiny. 2 people barely can fit there. The location is nice. You can reach 3 different metro lines in 5-10 minutes of walk. The neighborhood is very local and quiet. The first day, the staff just changed towels

Nice location. Took airport coach and got off at TCAT, Tokyo City Air Terminal, walked 8 minutes to hotel. Two nearby underground train stations nearby. There are many shops and restaurants nearby from the EDO period, including freshly-made udon which always has a queue, tempura, sushi shops and dessert shop from 1833! Worth visiting!

Really nice and clean hotel, it’s what you pay for I guess. They had a free drinks service (a coffee machine and a fizzy drink dispenser). They had disposable amenities at the reception and you could help yourself! The room itself was small but that’s typical of hotels in Tokyo. The housekeeping was amazing and everything was cleaned really well. The room had a small ‘desk’ but it barely fit my laptop. A kettle is provided just make sure you have your own water (can get water from the same place as drinks downstairs). The walk to the station isn’t too bad but not very close. I’d also say the area is more business/corporate orientated, incredibly safe though! Lots of CVS stores nearby. Really friendly and helpful staff at the hotel! Overall good experience for a solo traveller. I was in the double room alone and I was a bit tight on space so maybe 2+ people might struggle a bit.

Very pleasant stay! The hotel is new and everything is nice and clean. Simple yet that’s all I need for trip.

A quiet local area with lots of restaurants around! The room was small but clean, there was a projector in the room to watch youtube and netflix. Laundry was free of charge which was amazing.

Location is quite far from train or metro but the hotel is new and provides basic amenities. Stayed one night.

Great location in a less busy part of the city, but great location still. Rooms slightly small, but very functional, you got most of what you need, especially when considered it's in Tokyo. Clean rooms and very kind staff.

It was a nice accomodation, with very friendly service! But it was small and we had some issues with the bathroom.

Friendly personel, very clean, free coffee and drinks. Will come again.

The room was very clean and cozy, although small. The windows were big with a nice view. We had a projector in the room with a netflix subscription, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a problem with our toilet and the staff quickly fixed it. The breakfast was meh, just a very plain convenience store sandwich and a small pack of juice. There are free beverages in the lobby though which are available throughout the day. The location is okay, there is nothing particularly interesting in the area, although there are multiple subway lines nearby, which makes it easier to get to different areas in the city. Akihabara is really close. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are in Tokyo for the first time and plan to explore multiple areas of the city

Absolutely dreadful experience staying at this “hotel.” 1. Cramped Spaces: The rooms and common areas are shockingly small. There is only one elevator, resulting in long wait times. The lack of space in the rooms led to me stabbing my toes on the bed twice because of the limited maneuvering space. 2. Horrendous Laundry Service: There is no coin laundry service. I had to hand over my laundry to the front desk, only to receive it back in the worst possible condition. All my clothes were crammed into a single bag, resulting in the worst wrinkles ever. It was so bad, a had to buy new clothes for the rest of the trip. Couple of my shirts also got bleach stains on them forcing me to toss them. 3. Inconvenient Location: The hotel's location is poor, with little to explore in the immediate neighborhood. Additionally, all important subway stations are over 10 minutes away on foot. 4. Lack of Room Service/Cleaning: Room service is supposed to be provided every other day, according to hotel policy. Despite hanging the cleaning sign on the doorknob, over our 7 day stay, our bed was made only once and our room was never cleaned. Inconsistently, they took out our trash and gave us new towels. I have never experienced this in any hotels ever! I would take my money and go to an actual hotel.
