Clean and comfortable, near train station I love the cabinet with ironing and drying function ♥️

1st time checking into hotel with no staff at reception. Just see 2 robots at the counter. Check-in and check-out through notepad at the reception counter. Collect and return room cards and payment through the machine next to notepad. Collection of pyjamas and other cleaning kits self collect at 2nd floor reception. Room do not provide any bottle water or any place to refill water. Room size is like typical Japan hotel size. Luggage have to be closed and keep up right to have sufficient passage way for walking. Like the mattress and pillow. A bit firm which suit me.

Repeated stay and this time using Hello Japan coins rebate which save about $50, total average $100/n for 3n stay.

Just a great hotel! It’s very close to a metro and JR station, offering convenient access to the city. Daily housekeeping ensures the rooms remain spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the LG amenities provided, which added a modern touch to the stay. The view from the window was pleasant, enhancing the overall experience. Very near to metro subway station and JR subway station. Can storage luggage at lobby but there has charge 2000yen if overnight. Easy check in and check out by machine.

Very good location. But that's about it. 3-5mins walk to JR Line/Tokyo Metro. However as said by other reviews i've seen before booking, cleanliness is not the best. My room particularly had a sort of urine smell that I couldn't identify where it was coming from. There's coin laundry. 2 washing machine & 2 dryers shared for the whole hotel. So take note if you plan to wash your clothes. Staff are quite helpful but if you'd like a change of towels etc you'll have to go down to the front desk and get from them. The room itself is not very picture worthy so didn't take any. The room itself barely had a space for a medium sized luggage to open. Google map shows that the hotel is a 3 star hotel and it is quite accurate.

Just a 3 mins walk from Asakusabashi station. Nearby a lot of local restaurant and convenient stores. Self check in. Room size is ok for two pax. Have laundry with some charges. Can store luggage before check in or after check out.

All good except that there's some stink smell coming from the air con.. The air con keep defaulting to 25degree with on and off cool air. Tried resetting the controller but doesnt work.. Other wise.. the hotel is in quite a good location near to Asakusabashi station.

As expected, room was so small but we managed to fit our two large suitcases in the room. Easy to find, located so close to the trains.

The room was obviously small but overall it’s clean, however since the front desk is AI-based, guests do not get any service. Amenities are also quite cheap especially the toothbrushes so I suggest you bring your own.

Highly recommended hotel in Tokyo. Close to Akihabara. High-tech system with AI robots. Would be my top choice for my next trip in Tokyo.
