The room was very spacious for a Tokyo business-style hotel. Clean and easy! Great location!

The hotel is a few minutes away from the train station. It is easily accessible and there are many food places nearby. Booked this hotel because of the public hot bath and sauna. Service staff was very helpful and friendly!

Nice hotel and comfortable! Near Shimbashi station and many restaurants nearby.

Location close to Shinbashi station. (This is the business district & men’s bars) The room was a decent size for two people & had the main cons. The shower was in the bath which is not accessible for the elderly. The room could become very hot so air con was on at some point during night. Breakfast ok, but not worth the money. Overall it was our base too travel to Tōkyō & beyond which served it’s purpose.

It was good! Room was clean. Lounge on 11th floor was very good too.

The room is fine, and lots of food besides.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. My booking was cancelled by the hotel system (dont know why), so I could not check in when arrived. The reception rebooked for me, the price was higher than I initially booked via trip.com. The receipt issued by the front desk at hotel reception mistook the date, which caused some trouble later when I claimed the receipt to company.

Very good location! Check-in and lobby is at 11th floor. A lot of restaurants around the area. Decently busy area. 10 mins to Roppongi & Ginza. The room is very spacious. My room can literally sleep 5. 4 on the bed and 1 by the window. There is a spa and sauna on the 12th floor. I didn't see any towels there. I assume you'll need to wear your robes from the room. It said, not to bring your own towels from your room there. Most Japanese spa and sauna areas does not allow people with tattoos. But I did not see a sign. There is a mini fridge, a wet bar, the TV is very confusing to use as I can't read the Japanese in the remote. I had to ask a friend to navigate through the menu, even tho it's in English but I exit the TV menu. Restroom is small, but I was able to use it comfortably including sitting on the toilet. Bed is a bit harder, but I like it. Pillows are very soft, almost like feathers. If I come back again, I will book this hotel and this. I love it. Happy traveling! Cheers!

Staff was great. Everyone was helpful. The hot baths were basic but still very nice. Only had a small cold bath which fit 1 person at a time.

Decent hotel in a good location. Very nice onsens and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit small but quite typical of Tokyo.

The location is close to the major railway station, and it is around 8 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is fine.
