Very central location in Ginza yet maintaining tranquility in the neighbourhood. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Room is of great size in Tokyo standard with modern design. The free snack and drinks offered by the hotel was definitely a big plus to travellers! Highly recommended! If we ever go back we will choose the same hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Great location besides many high end luxury brands. 5 mins walking distance to many different malls and restaurants. Will stay again.

Just checked out of this hotel n going tk we wanted to store 1 luggage in this hotel n get it back while we get back to Tokyo. The hotel is not allowing this service. We are a group travelling with 3 young children, this would be very inconvenient for us. And I been travel japan many years, this never happened in any hotel n it’s unacceptable for the Hyatt brand. Worst experience ever n everyone should stay away.

The room is very spacious for Tokyo. The hotel is modern and clean. Service is friendly and convenient for English speakers. Buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also has a small gym with cardio machines, benches and weights.

The location is fair in Ginza, but the service is absolutely terrible. They ask you for the price of a 5 star hotel but provides worst services. Staff will call you in the middle of the night for no reason. Also, they don’t have a luggage storage space. Plentiful better options with more affordable price and much better service in Ginza area.
