The hotel is clean, great location, close to metro, and convenience, amenities good and have a great price for the overall offer.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share some feedback. The location is great, especially being close to the station, but I was a bit disappointed with a few things. I didn’t expect the toilet and bathroom to be shared — it would have been better if that was made clearer before booking. The room with a “good view” was nice, but even in winter, the morning sunlight made the room really hot. I can imagine it would be even worse in summer. Also, the price felt quite high for what the room offered. For guests arriving late at night, it seems hard to contact the property, which might be inconvenient for night owls or those with late check-ins. Also, I heard that if outsiders are found, they would be fined ¥10,000. That seems a bit extreme. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

⚠️BED BUGS ALERT ⚠️ I booked this hotel through Trip.com, which stated that check-in was available from 14:00 to 06:00 the next day. However, in reality, check-in is only from 15:00 to 20:00, and after 20:00, you have to do a self-check-in. The front desk is closed, and a piece of paper with your name on it is taped to the door. Later, I had an issue and tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. My issue? Bed bugs. I had to urgently find another hotel in the middle of the night and move there by myself at 2 AM. The next day, when the front desk reopened, I explained the situation and requested a refund. The first thing the staff said was: “Wow! Really? That’s awful! I can’t believe it!” Excuse me? They then told me: “We’ll process a refund, so the money should be returned to the credit card you originally paid with. If it doesn’t go through, please contact us.” When I asked for their contact information, they responded: “You should be able to find it online…” Unbelievable.

Good hotel the location is a bit far from The city center (eg : going to Shibuya takes an hour) but it is an affordable hotel

爛啊 很爛啊！！位置算是不錯的、去上野什麼的都是很方便的，但是這個房間也太嚇人了。 床上有蟲到底要怎麼睡覺…我連被子都不敢蓋早上起來有蟲子突然出現直接給我嚇醒了，價格也不是很便宜…怎麼可以這麼爛…真的不會再住 還有就是那個前台時間，0800-1000/1500-2000，中間來的人連放行李的機會都沒有，我甚至提早給你們打過電話了、但是呢還是沒人給我開門 真的是夠了 不會有第二次哈哈哈

環境地點都很不錯，房間也很舒適；唯一要說的是安全性稍微有點疑慮，因為飛機比較晚到，所以很晚入住，姓名跟住宿時間是貼在櫃檯門口的，誰都可以上樓房門也沒有鎖，去除這點其他的感覺都很好設施也幾乎都有
