Although shared toilets, they provide exchanges of used towels for the next day. Quite comprehensive to Inform them. Partial operating hours so when u check out early, u need to inform them.

It’s very close to the subway. Just 3-5 minutes walk. The iriya station just 1 stop from ueno. Clean room, bathroom and toilet. It’s bathroom. The room a little bit small but comfy for 2 person. Convenient for me.

The hotel is literally 2 minutes walking from the metro station and very easy to get to, even if you have heavy luggage. The ladies who work at the reception are very nice and helpful. The toilet and shower room were always very clean and had a very good smell.

It was hot when I shut the curtains because of the sunlight. I visited during the winter. The bathrooms and sinks were shared, but the showers were separated, and we took turns using them.

The rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean. Check in was easy and staff are friendly. Close to Iriya station exit 4.

The room is extremely small. We had 2 big luggage bags. It made it super uncomfortable with the bags in our room. The closet was locked, so we couldn't even use it. Not suitable for couples traveling. Best for solo travelers with one bag. It is best for only sleeping and showering. Oh, and do not try and check in before 3pm eventhough they advertise that you can check in at 2 pm. You will not be allowed in. You have to sit and wait outside.

I stayed there in April 2025 and it was great! The room was very clean and brand new. It had everything we needed for a short stay.

It was very close to the metro subway train station and it was easy to get around to places. There were convenient stores and a small supermarket nearby. It was reasonably clean and in fairly new conditions, no bad odours.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s just a 2-minute walk from Iriya Metro Station, which is super convenient. The price is great, and the hotel feels new and well-maintained. They offer FREE room cleaning every 3 days. If you’d like additional cleaning, it costs around 1,000 yen per time. The staff can communicate in English, though their proficiency is limited. Using Google Translate helps a lot and makes things smoother. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
