Short walk from Shimbashi station which is well connected to all parts of Tokyo. Room was small but comfy enough. Loved the microwave and can even see Tokyo tower from the window!

Decent stay, close to train station and pretty central Tokyo, some restaurants near by, but not much to see in the area. The rooms are small for two people and 4 luggage.

The room was spacious, can easily open 2 large suitcases at the same time without any issue. We requested for a higher floor and the front desk lady that checked us in was super accommodating to our request. The washing machine in the room was a plus. Good for long stays.

The location is very good and the price is very valuable. But the room size is relatively small so do other Tokyo hotels.

Location and service is great. However, the beds were not comfortable, especially the pillows that do not have support, causing us to get neck pains.

Having a washing machine for a business trip is a must! Comfortable bed, decent size bathroom (with a tube!) Breakfast is decent! Highly recommend!

We stayed 6 nights but there is no bed making or change of bed linens for the duration. Other hotels with similar policy do change sheets and make beds after 3 days stay. Here, we have to pay for this service which is ridiculous. Also, the washing machine failed to work in our room despite the hotel's repair. Overall, not worth the money at all. Will never stay here again.

Washing machine is very useful. Opposite hotel has many eateries at night. Short walk to 2 train stations. If facing track will be noisy but train stops midnight so it is ok.

Location good, 3-4min walk from shimbashi station. Room and bathroom clean, HOWEVER, the quilt doesn’t have cover, only flat sheet, super uncomfortable when sleeping (at least for me). Hot water was under maintenance when I checked in, WIFI was terrible and slow, very bad signal. ONLY limited house keeping is available and they don’t make your bed. I would not come back sorry. I stayed in a few Tokyu stay hotel before, this one is no good for me. Not cheap either.

I stayed at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi and found it to be a convenient option for airport transfers, especially to Narita Airport. However, if you're taking the Asakusa Line, be prepared to navigate some stairs inside the station. To avoid this, it's best to find an elevator or lift through the nearby mall, which makes it easier when carrying luggage. The room was comfortable with useful amenities, but the sink’s hot water flow was quite slow, which was a bit inconvenient. Another minor drawback is that convenience stores are not as easily accessible nearby, so getting essentials requires a bit more effort. Overall, it’s a good stay with easy access to transportation, but keep in mind the need to plan your route for elevators and nearby stores.
