Tokyu Stay Shimbashi (Ginza area) recensioner

Short walk from Shimbashi station which is well connected to all parts of Tokyo. Room was small but comfy enough. Loved the microwave and can even see Tokyo tower from the window!

Decent stay, close to train station and pretty central Tokyo, some restaurants near by, but not much to see in the area. The rooms are small for two people and 4 luggage.

Excellent location, breakfast ok

The room was spacious, can easily open 2 large suitcases at the same time without any issue. We requested for a higher floor and the front desk lady that checked us in was super accommodating to our request. The washing machine in the room was a plus. Good for long stays.

The location is very good and the price is very valuable. But the room size is relatively small so do other Tokyo hotels.

This accommodation is located within walking distance to train station. It's easy access to Tokyo tower. The room size is small for 2 people, but all amenities are provided for. The washing machine is a plus if you need to do laundry. I will definitely book this place again.

Location and service is great. However, the beds were not comfortable, especially the pillows that do not have support, causing us to get neck pains.

Loved this hotel & location. Breakfast is average at best (mostly cold) although a good selection & more convenient than having to go out. Bed is HARD - but that's Japan.. Location was perfect for train, restaurants and entertainment. Staff not overly helpful, but pleasant & welcoming.

Having a washing machine for a business trip is a must! Comfortable bed, decent size bathroom (with a tube!) Breakfast is decent! Highly recommend!

Huge constant noise from train track across the other side of the big junction until 10:40pm at night, waking me up shortly after 5am ;’’’’ [cry!!]

We stayed 6 nights but there is no bed making or change of bed linens for the duration. Other hotels with similar policy do change sheets and make beds after 3 days stay. Here, we have to pay for this service which is ridiculous. Also, the washing machine failed to work in our room despite the hotel's repair. Overall, not worth the money at all. Will never stay here again.
