ACTUALLY it's very nice. Their service can be better, because when we have breakfast we need used tickets. But we gave wrong tickets were ok in 2 days morning, the last morning they ask why tickets were wrong.

This is an excellent hotel with very helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again one day.

Location wise, it was very convenient. Only a few minutes walk from Otsuka Station, with F&B and malls nearby. I think they could have done better in terms of the cleanliness though. Staff were helpful in providing help when I asked them about the luggage delivery services to Narita Airport. Just a note for older aged travellers - I don't think the room is elderly-friendly as there are steps to get to the bed area and you'll have to bend quite a bit around the sofa area.

Very nice hotel will definitely visit again! Upstair bed could be a bit dangerous for older people.

Otsuka is a very convenient location close to Ikebukuru. Many choices of restaurants and are value for money. The room we picked is interesting. We stayed there for a week However, it is not recommended for aged people as they will need to climb up to to the bed by stairs. I like it but you need to “mind you head” for the first two days as you will easily knock into the top rack of the bed. It will be better if the Hotel can provide toothpaste solely but not toothpast and toothbrush together in a bag. We have trouble to book 2 days in advance a taxi from the Hotel to the Airport Shuttle bus stop at Ikebukuru. The Hotel staff was helpful but we guessed it could be the short distance, the taxi company did not entertain. It is strange experience for an international city like Tokyo.

Nice accommodation and location. However, the cleanliness have room to improve.

Glad that we had OMO5 as our accomodation for Tokyo. It was close to the station, FamilyMart was right outside for all our needs and the staff was super friendly throughout our whole stay.

Room very small and tight for 3 pax.

오츠카 역에서 2분 거리라 위치만큼은 최고. 새로 지어 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었음. 다만 복층 구조로 되어 있는 것이 마냥 좋지는 않았음. 방마나 큰 욕조가 하나씩 있다는 점은 큰 장점. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 프로페셔널함.

호시노리조트 계열로 깔끔하고 영한 느낌의 호텔이라 좋았습니다. 방 분위기는 일본식 다다미와 나무 인테리어의 조합이었는데 모던한 느낌도 있어서 색달랐습니다. 오츠카역과 아주 가까워 좋고, 편의점 스벅 맥날 등 주변인프라는 충분합니다. 다만 주변 드럭스토어의 가격대가 높은 듯 했고, 복층구조라 공간활용은 좋지만 층고가 낮아 숙이고 다녀야하는 불편한 점이 있습니다. 야마노테선이 지나가서 주요 역들 접근성은 나쁘지 않습니다! 3명이하 가족단위로 오기에 적합한 숙소인 것 같습니다.

酒店就在大塚JR車站的正對面，步行只要2分鐘，出行JR非常的方便，服務也非常得好，就是早餐比較普通一點周邊很多餐廳可以吃早餐也可以選擇不一定要配上早餐的房間
