The location is super convenient and there is crowded at night with lots of restaurants open. You can enjoy your nightlife at there.

Location is good and about 10 minutes walk to metro entrance. Breakfast is good quality, with some variation in each day. Room is clean but small, especially toilet inside which difficult to turn around.

Rooms were clean. Hotel located in the “hot spot” of shinjuku. Access to “company” is as close as your hotel front entrance. If this is your thing, this is a great spot. Staff were friendly. Down side was room service was not daily and rooms are small. Has laundry room on site however other travellers leave their clothes inside the machines well past the time limit.

Location was superb. Very near to everything, especially the Shinjuku night district. Room was small but this is typical of Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was very delicious. Highly recommend

Just stayed in the Shinjuku area just for a transit stop. Overall, it’s an okay hotel for a budget stay.

Hotel located at Shinjuku nightlife area. Very happening at night but hotel kept their guest safe. The main entrance require either your room card or front desk to open. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores. Friendly staffs and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our time here right in the heart of Shinjuku! Few minutes walk to the station. Easy access to Golden Gai for drinks at night.

This hotel has everything you need for a solo trip, or a trip with friends. The location is great, right in the heart of Shinjuku. The staff are very friendly, and can explain everything you need to know in English, if required. The rooms are cosy but have all the amenities needed. The bathroom is small but clean and the toilet and bath/shower are modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again. Thank you.

The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to any attraction in Shinjuku . There’s a 7/11 on the corner for quick convenience and the train stations are within a 2-5min walk either direction. There’s staff is very helpful and friendly . The room is clean and provides all the amenities , the room is abit small but it’s common in Japan so I don’t see it as an issue . Overall we only used the room to rest and freshen up because there’s so much to see and do in Tokyo .

It was a small space but with everything in place and even a bathtub. Staff was generally friendly at the counter and even took notice of my friend’s birthday and gave a small gift. Price was very reasonable for the location.

The first time I went to the hotel, the receptionist didn't seem to want to serve me. His tone was like he was not happy with me. It was really bad. That's why I didn't like this hotel. I'm not generalizing about other staff, but there were just some people who were bad, so I didn't like this hotel.
