Everything was perfect, special thanks to the receptionist who booked me in and helpfully offered me late checkout, which was certainly appreciated. The receptionist at checkout was also excellent, very considerately noticed I was carrying a lot of coins and offered to change for me to notes. These small things really made all the difference, thank you! The hotel itself also excellent and my room was refurbished. It was expensive as I booked at the last minute during the holidays, but still worth it!

The bathroom is not well designed , specially the door, and sanitary not good for the older and kids.

It’s a hotel build in the 90’s and haven’t been renovated or upgraded. Everything looks old and dirty and not worth to stay here.

This hotel is so old. Not worth paying. Even the toilet sink is rusty and hooks dropped off. Maybe after their upgrades then we go back again

The hotel is very cosmopolitan the clienteles are mostly international. The service is excellent and the view is fantastic on a clear Day you can see Mount Fuji. The breakfast buffet is good but he’s too busy for my liking.

Great Service Service is great. The hotel is located in a business district, so it's not so lively at night albeit it is close to Rippongi which is the the party place, and it's also easy to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza, among others. the location is very good, near the subway station. Staff were all extremely accommodating, amicable and make it simple for the check in and check out process. Meals were good - generally great. We like the manners in which staff are so responsive and learned in their service to us.

Overall everything was ok. This is business htl. Many foreign businessman stayed here. So i don't think it's suit for family. But the breakfast was very good. Many kind dishes.

The hotel is rather disappointing. Firstly the aircon turns off when there is no movement in the room, meaning your return home to a stuffy room and even worse in the middle of the night wake up and have to move around as the room is too hot.. the other disappointment is there is no bar open on the weekends… meaning you are forced to go out to have a wine unless you want to drink in their cafe. All in all there are much better hotels around Tokyo

Great hotel and location is okay though the closest subway means lots of changing lines to some of the usual tourist destinations.
