This hotel is strongly not recommended family with children.Upon arrival at this highly-rated hotel, we were immediately disappointed. There was no greeting, and we were informed that our room could only accommodate one adult and one toddler, despite our booking being confirmed for two adults and one child. Trip was unable to resolve the issue immediately, forcing us to pay an additional 2000 yen per night for three nights, totaling 6000 yen. Additionally, although breakfast was included for two persons per room, we were asked to pay an extra 2200 yen per breakfast.
The check-in staff member, Byamba needs to learn the hotel etiquette, she is very un- professional with her work. She doesn’t understand the customers situation.Despite being told we could join the double beds, the front desk later informed us that only housekeeping could do this, and warned us that any damages incurred by doing it ourselves would result in penalties.but thinks to landa. She was quite helpful in many ways.
This hotel’s service attitude is shockingly poor and completely undeserving of its high rating. To add to the disappointment, the hotel does not provide drinking water bottles but need to go down to floor 2 to fill in from dispensers and has limited amenities. There is not room service for three consecutive nights. Breakfast is limited set menu which repeats every day. Only good thing about this hotel is close to metro line . Though i don’t review hotel so negatively but for this hotel I couldn’t think anything positive. And I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.rephrase it as hotel reviews.
