Close to a train station- convenient location The staff is friendly and helpful. We paid extra to upgrade to 2 twin beds so that we can accommodate the number of luggages we had. The hotel was clean. Loved the spacious lobby and the luggage storage option.

This hotel is very nice it's near the station,downstairs on the other side of the building has family mart to buy foods if you're hungry.The staff are nice and friendly. The room is neat and clean and spacious for a family of 4. Highly recommended.

The reception service attitude is very good. The hotel has a parking lot, which costs 2200 yen per day.

Bad customer service for those who from other countries. They look unprofessional and rude to answer my question. Properly not back again!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are very good. Toilet and shower facilities top notch. And the best thing is you can leave your big luggage if you are going out of Tokyo for a few nights but coming back again to stay at the end of your trip before you leave Japan. I planned to stay at Tokyo two more nights before leaving and booked myself in here, and they were very happy to store my big luggage until I returned for my stay. Excellent customer service.

We stayed here for 1 night because it's nearer to Haneda Airport. The room is very small and tight, but serve the purpose

Nothing to fault this hotel really other than the room is bit small which appear to be the norm in Japan. We enjoyed stay here for budget travelling here.

location is good within walking distance to shopping mall, & station. Hotel breakfast was good. Room size is reasonable, good size bed .
