The receptionist Harry, is pleasant, helpful and can speak good English. Able to provide assistance when I ask for the directions and services of the hotel. A very convenient hotel beside Lawson, 7-11 mart with many eateries! Welcome drinks/ coffee at lobby and water dispenser on every floor. But a bit rowdy at night as it is near the night spot.

Love the location of the hotel but since it’s at kabikucho, sound proof is not very good

Good location in Shinjuku, a convenience store just under the Hotel. The room size is good and very clean.

The location is great and just one block to the centre of Kabukicho. The Kabukicho Donki was located one block from the hotel as well. Lawson and 7-11 just are next to the hotel, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

Very old and rundown hotel, the mattress is like 20years old and dented to such an extent I got back pain. One of the worst I have been to in Japan. Not recommended.

Room even smaller for two nights booking compared to the previous one nite. The shower was too loose which is hard to adjust and got fixed.

10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station, in the Kabukicho area, which is Tokyo red light district. However, it's safe and lively into the wee hours of the night. Great for foods hopping as well.

Few minutes walk to Shinjuku station. There’s a lot of convenience store and restaurants nearby so we didn’t have any problem with our late night cravings

The hotel is a little bit old but it has a very good location and customer service. The front desk is very helpful and English speaking. I paid additionally to upgrade my room to executive room, the top of the building, quiet and cozy. However , the furnitures are old and look not very clean. The room size is still fine compared to other traditional hotel in Japan.

Great location. The room size was disappointing for a ‘Delux’ room and it’s a shame that only breakfast was available.

I recently stayed at Citadines Central Shinjuku and had a pleasant experience overall. They provided useful information about the local area and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Citadines Central Shinjuku. It's a great option for those looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Shinjuku. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I stayed for 7 nights and everything in the room was perfectly fine to suit my needs, room wasn’t big but wise sized and cozy enough for me as a solo traveler. Excellent location easy accessible to all sightseeing spots, MRT stations are couple minutes away. Kabukicho is 5 mins walk, large amount of shops and restaurants nearby. A convenient store on G/F and you can grab food and drink easily. The only demerit is, it’s too close to Kabukicho and there’re bars right next to the hotel thus it’s always busy and crowded, you might have to pay more attention at night when walking back to hotel.

Fantastic location right next to Golden Gai. We found the hotel to be quiet and slept well even though our room faced the road. Friendly staff! My only negative is that the window in the room couldn't be opened at all so it was impossible to get fresh air in.
