Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo recensioner

The location was perfect and the service was perfect and my room had a very nice view

The receptionist Harry, is pleasant, helpful and can speak good English. Able to provide assistance when I ask for the directions and services of the hotel. A very convenient hotel beside Lawson, 7-11 mart with many eateries! Welcome drinks/ coffee at lobby and water dispenser on every floor. But a bit rowdy at night as it is near the night spot.

Love the location of the hotel but since it’s at kabikucho, sound proof is not very good

Good location in Shinjuku, a convenience store just under the Hotel. The room size is good and very clean.

The location is great and just one block to the centre of Kabukicho. The Kabukicho Donki was located one block from the hotel as well. Lawson and 7-11 just are next to the hotel, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is surrounded by shopping centres, restaurants and nightclubs. Best of all, it is right next to Japanese izakaya bars. It is close to many metro stations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The coffee machine in the lobby is excellent. I just wonder why they don't leave water in the rooms. / Otelin konumu çok iyi. Alışveriş merkezleri, restoranlar ve gece kulüplerinin ortasında. En güzeli, Japon meyhanaeleri "izakaya"ların hemen yanında. Birçok metro istasyonuna yakın. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Oda temizliği iyi. Lobideki kahve makinası harika. Sadece odaya neden su bırakmıyorlar merak ettim.

This property is located in the red light district of Tokyo, with lots of restaurant options minutes away. If your room is facing towards the front of the building, it gets quite noisy with drunks laughing and screaming all night.  As for the room, I paid for a Premier Twin which is a larger room compared to others, which I find it quite small.  Very disappointing as the room was very dirty, carpets looks like they haven’t been vacuumed in months, and the top of the furniture “bed side table” was covered in an inch of dust. The lights in the shower room was not working, and I have requested twice ＞ day 2 and day 3 at the reception to repair it, which the problem was ignored and I had to shower in the dark for 2 nights.  With the price they charge, I will definitely not be returning to this property in my next trip.

Convenient location in Shinjuku. Room is clean and comfortable Friendly staff. A bit expensive though

Hotel very good, great location. Just be careful of going down the wrong streets. No hotel extra amenities like onsen / bar . But rooms comfortable , okay size for Tokyo

Very good location! Very easy to find and very near to shinjuku station about 10 minutes walk.

we have stayed in a Citadines in Osaka before, so we felt that booking a Citadines in Tokyo will be similar. In Osaka the hotel is very suitable for families and even has a children play room. This hotel however is located right in the red light district which was not obvious for us until we arrived. Having young children, we dont recommend to stay here. during daylight it already looks rough... and so we did not wait for night to come but checked out the same afternoon. I get it that we would have to be charged for something, however, the hotel insisted that the full 2 days booked which is already paid cannot/will not be refunded. This is a bit much. Additionally, be aware that the rooms are old and appear bigger on the pictures.

Good price, good location. Free coffee machine at lobby and Lawson downstair.
