HOTEL MYSTAYS Gotanda Station recensioner

Right across the road from JR Gotanda station, super convenient with lots of shops nearby. Room was small but expected since it’s in Tokyo.

Be prepared that the room is very small and you will initially not be used to it but I grew to love the room once I had everything in place. It’s very conveniently located, with a family mart right at entrance of hotel. 2 min walk from JR Gotanda and 2 min from the Toei Asakusa subway. Staff are generally polite and helpful, some more than others.

Very convenient location only walk 2mins to the JR station. The room is quite small but i am okay with that. I have 3 24” luggage and 1 cabin size with me. All can fit in the room. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. They also have luggage transfer services by Yamato at their reception. All is good and very smooth journey staying here.

Great location near Gotenda Station! Clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Friendly staff and excellent service. Perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Very near to the train and subway station but the room is very small. Hotel doesn’t allow early check in but you can pay them about 2000 Yen an hour to check in early.

Great location: you can see the hotel from Platform 2 (JR Yamanote Line) of Gotanda Station (see pix taken after check-out). Staff are friendly and eager to help. Never had a problem finding someone who spoke English. Our twin room lacked a closet and only had 7 or so clothes hangers, but the beds were comfortable. The toilet/bath were clean with strong running water. Other amenities were a flatscreen TV, electric kettle with tea sachets, a small ref and a hair dryer. There was also a room on the same floor with a microwave and ice machine. On the ground floor was a Family Mart and an Izakaya with a friendly, informal vibe. The second floor had an Italian restaurant that served pretty good pasta. This was also the breakfast place, but I never tried it. In a 60-meter radius, you could find all types of restaurants. There were also girly bars nearby, but we never felt unsafe. On our last date, its proximity to the station made our trip to Narita pretty early in the morning-- first trip to Shinagawa and the Keikyu Narita Express is at 4.50+AM-- pretty easy. Really a great location.

Just 2 mins walk gotanda station, family just right beside! Restaurant supermarket Donki just few minutes. Hallway to room is abit dark, is a tiny but is normal in Japan! Will definitely come to this hotel✔️❤️

Great stay here! very convenient too as its near the train station. the hotel is clean and nice and the front desk officers are very helpful. 10/10

Not my first time booking this hotel, location is super, good for those who need a really good location. And it’s clean.

Great hotel, very good location, clean, you can use a microwave, washing machine, etc. The room was very small, but it is a normal situation for Tokyo. So I would recommend it, because the hotel is very comfortable

The hotel location is excellent. There is a family mart connected to the hotel just downstairs and a short walk (just cross the street) to gotanda station on the yamamote line. There is a wonderful bakery, Rod, just outside the station. Though we would hear the trains in our room, it did not bother us, and we slept very well during our stay. They also provide additional toiletries like facial wash and moisturiser.

Very good location. Close to train station. Convenient to shop. Service and facilities are also good.

The hotel is great for a stay when you travel in Tokyo, and the staff are very nice and friendly. They can help you with volunteering.
