Hotel location is great. Hotel is clean and room is comfortable. Price is reasonable

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was run efficiently. Front office staff were friendly & attentive despite being busy. The room was clean and dust free but expectedly small as per Japan standard. The bakery on the property is an absolute welcome especially for mornings. Being long haul travellers, the check in at 3pm and check out at 10am is the only downside I experienced at this property.

The room they gave was not what the picture shows. It was tiny and had a weird smell like piss. We stayed there for 5 nights and they barely did the room service only once. The room was facing a building making very minimum light enter the room. The bathroom smelled like sewer and had a very bad smell. No proper ventilation in the bathroom. Very basic amenities given. They won’t even pick up used towels every day. Very far from station. A good 20-30 mins walk. Also found a few staff rude. It is a tourist trap for sure. There are many better other hotels in the area. Also breakfast was very basic and had mostly breads and salads and basic fruits. Don’t op in for breakfast instead go the bakery downstairs that was way better. Lobby was full of people not staying at hotel and very crowded. The weird smell in the room and bathroom made our stay very uncomfortable. Please avoid this hotel and instead go for something else.

As we were on a family trip to Tokyo in early fall, the weather was quite unpredictable. Like it’s warm on certain days and cold on the rest. This hotel air con was just perfect for us. Staffs were helpful as they can speak English. Cleanliness can be improved cuz they only came  in to change the bedsheets every 4 days which I preferred changing it daily and vacuuming every single day. It’s quite a good space for 2 to stay but with 1 additional bed, it would be a little space consuming. I love the bakery in this hotel. Great place to get early breakfast and coffee. We didn’t tried the hotel breakfast though but I think it should be nice from other reviews. As we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We needed a cleaner room. Still a good hotel to stay in anyways. There is a Chuo park which has a Starbucks. A nice park to stroll around. The Metropolitan building is very near to the park and the subway station is also nearby for use. Travelling using the JR line no problem at all. We covered all the places we wanted to visit which was awesome. Overall quite  good hotel to stay. Recommended to all.

We booked a hotel stay for 3 adults, room was particularly small...not advisable to fit 3 people. Toilet also has a bad smell 😓 Although it is relatively convenient as the nearest train station is only a 10 min walk away. For people who are taking the airport limousine bus, please alight at hotel regency as it is easier to walk over to the knot.

Very decent hotel. The bakery next door was such a great addition. Its easy to get to the hotel by foot or by bus.

We stayed here for 3/4 nights and found the hotel to be in a great location for exploring Tokyo. The room itself felt dusty and a little outdated, however the amenities were generous. We particularly loved the bakery downstairs which made a perfect breakfast option!

That's a great hotel,which give me an unforgettable experience of travel in Tokyo! I think i will book it while i come Japan next time.

The overall stay is perfect. There’s a Family Mart nearby the hotel which is convenient to us.

Features trendy and stylish decor, creating a modern and comfortable atmosphere. However, the air conditioner not working properly significantly affects the stay. Additionally, the hotel is too far from JR Shinjuku Station, making transportation inconvenient, and the surrounding area lacks convenience stores or amenities. Overall, it’s appealing for design lovers but lacks practicality.

Hotel location can reach 15 minute by walk from Tochomae Station, 120 by walk from Nishi Shinjuku Station, 30 by walk minute from Shinjuku Station. In front of Hotel is Garden area, we can walk around to The Garden. Family Mart is near from Hotel, just 2 minutes walk. Hotel room not to big, but can fit for 2 people with 2 large luggage and 2 hand luggage

Our first time at Knot Tokyo. Not too far from the metro, so ok. Laundry was located on 2 diff floors to help disperse the crowd. Clear washing instructions provided. Pillow was a little small but sleep was not compromised. Would I return ? Most certainly! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Around 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku, and 10 minutes from other train stations. They only change the bedsheets once every 3 days. Get a park view room, well worth it. The restaurant and lounge are hip and chilled. The bakery in the lobby has the best cinnamon bun I've tasted in Japan.

The location is a bit far from the station but totally worth it! It’s close to Shinjuku Center park, the view is super nice here. Had morning walk with a cup of coffee there every morning. It has cafe and bakery right inside the building so it’s convenient to grab a breakfast.
