It's a great hotel, I liked it a lot: cleaning once a day, location is close to the center for a reasonable price a bus station and subway nearby, free drinks, windows are not blurred so u can see the city The only down side is that there was no warm toilet seat there unlike in other hotels we stayed in, but it's not a big problem Seeing pictures of the room I thought that the bed would be small for two people, but it was big enough I definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was nice, maybe a bit on the smaller side, but fine. Location perfect, right in front of the bus stop and close to the subway. Surprisingly nobody spoke English which was a bit tricky.

I'm a frequent flyer and I like the early check in time. Allowing me to check in an hour early is already a plus. The reception lobby is spacious. Staff are accomodating. The room is not big but presentable and has enough space for solo traveller. Bright windows, Clean bed and linens. Air-conditioning is new. Toiletries are provided including sachet mouthwash. They change fresh towels everyday. Provide sleep wear And complimentary drinks machine in the reception is free all day with selection of coke, italian coffee, greentea, Milk tea and beer all for free until supplies last. I will definitely stay here again and surely recommend this hotel. Azabu juban station exit2 is 4mins walk. Roppongi, azabudai hills and Tokyo tower is all 15 to 20 mins walk. Many convenient stores nearby.

Little bit far from metro station, staff are friendly,nice hotel.

I like the location as it's affordable in mintao-ku. However the hotel is not easy to deal with for modifications. This is unfortunate as they are so inflexible. I really liked the place so this makes me sad.

it has a very good location and very accessible but the front desk is not very accommodating and also the wifi is poor.i hope the services will be improve.

Great location,2 min away from the subway and close to many major attractions. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.

Surprisingly large room for that price but it’s quite a long walk to the metro station and more interestingly, we got a free flow of beverages in the lobby

There is free drinks and personal amenities at the lobby. Our rooms were cleaned daily during our stays. Waking distance to the metro station. The hotel also provide free luggage storage. However, the WiFi can be improved as we couldn’t connect to it most of the time.

It smells like smoke in the hallways and elevator at times. When we initially contacted the hotel to request a room change in advance since we booked a smokers room by accident, we never received a reply. At the checkin we asked again and they told us that they had non available. Smoker roon smells badly so not advicable at all. After complaining and threatening to check out immediately they magically had a smaller room available.

When booked hotel, it was stated that staff can converse in English. Well, that is NOT exactly true. All staff cannot speak even a little bit of English and only 1 staff can manage just some simple words which made my stay really a "solo" one. Couldn't ask reception for any kind of assistance from asking for a non-smoking room to how to work the aircon/heater remote in the room which were all in Japanese. Can't even ask them to call for a cab.
