Korean business hotel

It is a single detached apartment. It's great that the staff at the front desk can speak Chinese. However, sharing the toilet and bathroom is a bit inconvenient for girls. Since there is only a bathroom on the first floor, you have to queue up (and I got to know a cute Japanese girl because of that). The sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the space is rather narrow. There is just a corridor and a bed. But there is a TV, and I can watch YouTubers on it. The room I lived in even had a window. Ikebukuro is very convenient. If you have high standards, you can pay a little more to find an accommodation with a private bathroom.

Room not big if you stay on the 4 floor some time its annoying because they have roof top and the other guest open the door

Like everyone else said, the room was very clean, and the location was excellent. I was on the second floor. The staircase is very narrow, so not the easiest to take my luggage up and down. I also didn't know it was shared bathroom and toilet, so it caught me by surprised I needed to brush my teeth in the corridor and anyone would just see me when they came out of their rooms.

walking distance bout 10minutes from ikebukuro station. few shop for you to stop over before reaching. 7-11 and few family mart along the way. may look for C6 exit. simple things available at the pantry, water, coffee, refrigerator. may not be convenient if you have big luggage. need to climb the tiny stairs. good water pressure for shower.very clean toilet. room may be small. have small tv inside the room. strong wifi connection too. recommended if you are looking for budget stay in Tokyo.

Nice hotel value for money in Tokyo, classic place with shared bathroom, clean, basic, but perfect for solo travelers, I enjoy Ikebukuro
