酒店設施不錯，而且酒店有免費班車去品川地鐵站，非常方便，附近商業購物不多。飯店就在一個漂亮的園區旁邊，飯店內還有全家便利商店，非常方便。設施和房間大小都比東京其他飯店好。

酒店房間比較大，早餐很好，位置也不錯，有擺渡車到品川站

特別滿意，服務極好！少住一天給退房款，衞生好，請朋友吃飯也性價比很高，交通方便，下次還住此酒店

房間很大，酒店有提供車位，方便駕車人士，只是位置距離銀座有點遠。

The hotel is nice with large clean rooms. Good sized rooms for a decent price are hard to find in Tokyo. The staff is very friendly. For tourism, it is far from key things that people may want to see in central Tokyo. That said, if you are ok with the trains, you can catch them easily from the station very near by. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant though the service in the restaurant can be quite slow. There is a convenience story in the basement that is... convenient.

I have stayed at many Marriott hotels but this hotel was not up to the mark. Considering room rates were quite high but rooms were very basic. There was only one restaurant working in the hotel and that too with very limited menu. Did not like attitude of hotel staff at restaurant. Very rude and they will ask you to wait rudely if you are even 5 mins early from breakfast open time even if it is ready. Could have been little more courteous. Hotel offers free shuttle service to near by station which was good as there are quite a few eating options near the station.

The location is great, they offer free shutter runs every 20 minutes between hotel and train station, it is a plus. the hotel is very clean, room is very spacious. The executive Club Lounge offers good food and enough seating. The morning breakfast buffet was little disappointed since I read someone wrote was the best in Tokyo, I would say 8.5/10 still pretty good.

This hotel is wonderful! Easy access from Haneda airport! A short complementary shuttle ride to the subway that will connect you to anywhere else in the city! The kindest service! Delicious breakfast! A club lounge with great food and views! We stayed at three different hotels while in Tokyo and our twin daughters said the breakfast here was their favorite. The breakfast servers and managers were fantastic, especially with the kids. We received a really nice room upgrade and such nice balloons and decorations in our room upon arrival. It was very welcoming and special. There was some confusion with a room service order we placed one night. It was mostly due to the language barrier, so I would be careful when ordering and asking for additions or adjustments - just make sure everything was understood correctly and there are no surprises when the food arrives. The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes. It’s very convenient. We found the station you will be dropped off at was a bit far from other locations of interest, but everything was very accessible if you don’t mind transferring trains. With the kids, we ended up using taxis many times as we were exhausted. There is a picture of a pool in Tripadvisor but there is no access to a Pool. Maybe they used to have one in the past. The gym facilities and sauna were really nice though. The concierge was also very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a really amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Posting directions as we found it confusing when we arrived at the Tokyo Station. We arrived by Shinkansen at the Tokyo Station. From there, you can use your Shinkansen ticket to board the JT local train to Shinagawa. You do not need to buy a separate JT ticket as there are no ticket booths available once you are already in the train area. It is the second stop. Once you get off, go out the west gate, turn left and walk half a block to bus stop #6. It looks like a regular city bus but goes directly nonstop to the Marriott entrance. There is no fee. The rooms either face the railroad side or the quiet side. Note that the hotel phone number goes to the general Marriott reservation center so you are not able to get directions from them.

Points redemption stay on a high floor, breakfast not included Pros- close to the airport, sheets and bed are fantastic, staff very efficient and friendly Not so great- room smelled as though it had a smoker in st some stage, quite musty. Mould in shower and a cracked tile. Feels as though a renovation would be in order.
