Easy access, close to the shopping areas and yoyogi with a lot of restaurants nearby, find everything you need within a short distance, better than others in the vicinity

The hotel is in a good location and less than 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. The room is big enough to open two luggage. They let us leave luggage after check out.

One night stay at Shinjiku. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This hotel is really close to train station . Hotel room is clean and toilet is spacious . But service is not really great .

Excellent hotel and special mention to Justyna Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits. Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping. Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser. Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!

For us, the location was the best. Close to Shinjuku train station as we had a 8am train ride the next morning. Minutes from restaurant’s street and malls but in the quiet part of Shinjuku down a side road. We had a corner room that was cozy and comfy for the three of us. If I needed to be in this area again, I would definitely come back.

Location of the hotel was excellent. It is a short walk to Shinjuku station and there are plenty of food options nearby.

The hotel is very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around Tokyo a breeze. Convenience stores like Lawson and Family Mart are right next door, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The room had everything needed— phone cable, shampoo, and toothbrush etc —making it super convenient. the staff were incredibly helpful in resolving a minor issue we had, which made my experience even better. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Very clean and convenient. Direct transit to Narita Express. Easiest way to travel with my old aged mom.

Courteous staffs !All they can speak good English and helpful. Good Breakfast and good location. Next door there's a Lawson convenient store and only minutes walk to Shinjuku station and shopping mall. Highly recommend it as a first stop hotel in Tokyo. 

The hotel was in very convenient location, near the bus station as well as intersections of train lines.

Recently did a one night stay here with my family. Our friends all booked the hotel beside this one but we decided to give this hotel a try instead due to good review from other travellers. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Asked for the highest floor with sunrise view as advised by other travellers but was given lower floor with fully blocked view. Asked the reception but was being told that it was the highest floor (we saw other travellers going above us and lift literally shows higher floors. We were being told that all views are blocked in this hotel and its impossible to see the sunrise. But saw neighbour's room with total unblocked views. The lady at recep lied straight to us...
