It’s a great choice for couples & families (with kids)! Amenities & service was top notch & the hotel’s location makes it very convenient for commute via train, cab or otherwise! It’s a rather safe area to take a stroll around, in the night time too! Breakfast buffet was good but could be better! Simply put, it was premium…just like its name!

Deceived!! How is this a 4 stars premium hotel? We have stayed at 6 hotels during our trip in Japan and they were all 4 stars premium hotels. So we have a guideline to compare. At checkin the front desk staff just said « passport ». Not a hello nor a smile. The front desk staff were not able to speak basic english. Each time we had to use the google translation app. No bottle water in the room and we were missing a 3rd set of towels and there were no amenities nor pjs for my young son. The curtains were badly stained (picture) and the fridge stank. The breakfast was dismal. Little option and not at all tasty. For example, there were only grapefruits and bananas on the first day and the second day there were just grapefruits. The facilities and amenities were not in any way 4 stars. It felt more like a bonne hotel. Don’t be fool by this hotel. There are better options elsewhere that qualify the 4 stars rating and price. We felt robbed!

Good location, breakfast was good, But no toothbrush or paste.

The room size is relatively big than other hotels which has enough space for opening 2 luggages. There’s a sofa and small table in the room so I can work smoothly there. There are just few cons, you need to get what you need in the lobby (slippers, toothbrush…), and the hotel won’t provide bottles of water. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends.

We didn’t engage any services, but they provide drinks, hair gel, toothpaste, etc at the counter for Free. Location is very close to Yotsuya Chome station. Convenient to move around. Very clean and it is a nice place for me.

Excellent location which is just across the road at the closest train station. Hotel staff is very helpful and kept your luggage even days before you checked in. Conveniently located around many eateries and convenient stores.

Overall the room is small and the location is average, not exactly near in the heart of Shinjuku and not within walking distance.

It’s a small room and maybe a bit dated. The location is ideal short walk from metro.

Amazing hotel in a convenient location in Shinjuku. Room was modern and very big for Tokyo. Love it.

Cleanliness: it’s old and just ok. Don’t expect too much with this price Laundry: located Level 5 with two wash and two dry Location: three stops train from Shinjuku, by taxi around 10mins Service: cleaning only happens each three days. But change tower each day if needed. I will rather than pay a bit extra to upgrade a better one next time.

Great hotel, value for money! Location pretty good! Super close to the subway and 30mins walk to Shinjuku. My friend and I stayed here for our last night in Tokyo so was alright to stop there. Room is a little tight to open two big suitcases but other than that was good.

Location is excellent, just 3 mins walk to the subway, 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden(it’s totally recommend go to the garden the last day of the trip). There are 2 convenient stores 3min walk away and a small grocery store right across the street. I would stay at the same hotel next time I visit Japan!

Hotel location is good, near the train station and around 30mins walk to Shinjuku but in a quiet area with some good restaurants around the area. Overall we liked the hotel especially the free drinks at the lobby (the matcha was so good!). We are a family with a teen so they provided us a twin bed with an extra bed which makes the room a bit tight. The only down side is the room cleaning services every 3 days. We were staying for 4 nights only and they cleaned our room on the 3rd day where we were already leaving the next day. It would be better if they would clean every other day or at least come in to pick up the rubbish.
