I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – convenient to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, which made my stay feel extra special. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort.

One of the most prestigious hotels in Tokyo with a long history, a private garden, and the sister restaurant of La Tour d'Argent. A very famous spot for wedding and banquets as well. I particularly recommend during sakura season. The garden lounge buffet is always satisfying. You need to reserve in advance for teppanyaki in the garden pavilions.

What a beautiful garden. Nice view on the Fuji is it is not cloudy of course.

Overall experience was very good from the luggage reception at the taxi stand, check-in, check-out, counter services and room services. Just the convenience store is not too convenient as it located in a comparatively hidden area. Also if the hotel has its own onsen bath would be perfect.

This is my second stay at Hotel New Otani Tokyo Towers. Love the authentic Japanese gardens. Service is outstanding. Wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked. Tip is to register to be an Otani member to receive clunflooe room and access.

Nice environment and quiet with beautiful Japanese Garden. Location is close to MRT stations that make very good connection to everywhere. Very friendly staffs and quick response to whatever we need.

Overall is good. But breakfast variety should have more options. I stayed there 3 nights all food are same.

It was a very pleasant living experience in this hotel. Everything is clean. The room is a bit small though.

Good hotel, but we got a separate beds and one night other people were really loud till 2am and hotel didn't do anything about it

We had a wonderful stay here. Good location and free parking. Good for business trip or leisure trip. The view is super nice too.

Great hotel close to stations and very walkable area with places to eat. Def recommend. A few things to note is that check in desk does close for the night. Other than that i dont see many flaws, rooms are spacious with nice views.
