Capsule Inn Hamamatsucho

Very good location hotel, it's beside the A4 exit of Daimon Metro station. The hotel receptionist is very warm welcoming and well supportive. This hotel has hair dryer, shower room, coin lockers, and vending machine. At the bed capsule, there is TV and clock. It's very convenient and I can enjoy staying here.

Location and the host were totally good. Of course, capsule hotel has some inconveniences (you don't have enough space to store your stuff and you can only give it to the host on the 1st floor and they put it into a baggage room, also there is no ventilation in the capsules and in some of them there was too hot so the hot allowed my friend to change capsule). But the worst experience here was because of our capsule neighbour on the 3rd floor (so I can't blame the hotel) - she was obviously out of her mind, went to the toilet every 5 minutes and spent huge amount of toilet paper, so in a couple of hours she used up all the toilet paper on our floor. The host came and replaced the new paper - but in 2 hours it was the same way...

If you are visiting the Tokyo tower, this is a great option, especially because you have the chance to live a new experience. Is very well located, all the staff is super friendly and something I personally loved was the bathroom and sauna, they provide everything you need, from shampoo to hair tonic, even pijama in cool old style japanese fashion. Definitely I will come back.

It’s cheap. You get what u pay for. That being said, there’s no paper to dry your hands with near the faucets. The towel they give you to dry yourself from the shower is practically a napkin sized towel. You are also only allocated one. 50jpy if you need another. Very very strict about check in and check out. Bathing accommodations are very very small. I understand this is a capsule hotel for a budget, but probably one of the worse ones I ever been to.

Filthy, loud, uncomfortable. Tried to modify my booking to check out early and trip customer service was useless. Trip kept promising me that the issue would be resolved and those promises were not fulfilled. At one point they called me and told me to call the hotel to resolve the matter myself. Do not go here and do not expect customer service to be of any use at all. Only use trip if you can resolve issues yourself because they will be useless and will tell you to figure it out yourself. I’ll be surprised if this review gets posted.
