karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION

Room has 4 beds, it suited for us, but too squeezy for us family of 4 with big kids (10 and 13 yo). The shower vs toilet were separated. No wardrobe, only hangers and limited place to hang the clothes. The shower area was squeezy for us too and no space to hang 4 towels, rubbish bin was super tiny too. They omly make up bed, change towel and throw trash daily, if need to clean room/toilet/change bed sheets must call them before 9am. Brrakfast space was super limited, can only accomodate like 25 pax, they offer optional replacement of 500yen breakfast voucher that can be used in daimaru etc. Washing machine is combination for wash and dry and there were too many ppl using it,even need to q. And after setting to dry for 1 hr, all my clothes were still not dry. Overall i feel not worth the money i paid around sgd 600 per night! The only good thing is only location, near tokyo station.

Excellent location just opposite to the train station. Easy to take any transportation what ever you want to go. We booked a family room with four beds. The room was quite big in Tokyo. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. That is really surprised me. Staff are friendly and helpful. The house keeping made our room very cleanliness every day. We'll stay again soon !!

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Stay here for one night for easy commute to Kanazawa on my next day via Shinkansen.

Easy access to Tokyo Station and very convenient. NEAR 711 AMD LAWSONS, for easy pick ups.

Since we planned to leave Tokyo by taking Narita-Tokyo airport bus, we decided to book this hotel for one night. It takes you only 5 minutes' walk to the airport bus terminal where Tokyo Station situated. You can do shopping, have meals, buy souvernirs in Tokyo Station underground mall and Daimaru Department Stores which is connected to the Station. A good number of restaurants which operate at late night are just around this hotel. There are coffee, soft drink machines, snacks which you can enjoy at no cost in the hotel lobby.

Great location. Good service. Appreciate heat pads provided at lobby, comes in handy. Good range of washing amenities provided at the lobby too. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Tokyo.
