Great location and comfortable room. The room was also equipped with a massage chair. Highly recommended 💯

Pros: Location was great with just 7-10mins walk to Tokyo Station and there's Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line) just outside the hotel making it easy to access to Shibuya Station. Massage Chair in each room as a replacement of bathtub, came in handy for our aching backs and legs (not for feet) which we used it almost everyday! Cons: Found a strand of hair in the bath towel for 2 days stay. Note there's no washing machine in hotel but they do provide laundry service (chargeable). Bed is situated next to bathroom so lights will be shinning into the bedroom when using the bathroom.

Had an amazing stay at remm Kyobashi. Location is perfect as it was about 5-7 mins walk to Tokyo station and even better, there’s a subway (Ginza line) just right in front of the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant.

Hotel located just in front of Kyobashi metro Exit 6. Very convenient and convenient stall is just beside the hotel building. Room is clean and comes with a massage chair after a long day of walking in Tokyo although room is small.

Not that near to Tokyo station as mentioned. A bit far from the Ginza main district but luckily still hv Dontou ad 7-11 nearby

Very small rooms and incomplete supplies in room. Boring decoration and aesthetic. Felt claustrophobic in it

Very convenience place, Kyobashi station is in front of hotel and you can go to Tokyo Station by walk. Go to Ginza only 10'min walk. Easy to catch taxi also.

The hotel rate is acceptable with many nearby shopping centers. However, the room size is rather small as compared others I stayed around this area..

Great location, easy to walk from Tokyo Station to Hotel and Ginza. The best is train station right in front of the hotel, Ginza line to connect to anywhere you want to go. Will stay again next time.

First of all, I would like to thank you all staff for friendly welcome. The hotel is quite difficult to spot as the reception is on the 7th floor. However everything was great. The location is also great. I highly recommend for those travellers who can afford it.

Location -＞ 10/10; The location is absolutely amazing. The hotel is located directly in front of one of the subway station tunnel access pathway and the subway located with Ginza line; The hotel location is super nearby to two 7-Eleven stores and Family Mart convenient store; Cleanliness -＞ 10/10; The room is all super clean & fantastic; Lift up to the Japanese culture when comes to the cleanliness standards; Room Spaciousness -＞ 8/10; The room we got is at the 14th floor which is the highest floor in the hotel; The room is relatively spacious since the hotel is right in the middle of the Tokyo city; The space is still manageable and can able to accommodate 2 big luggage bags and still accessible; Functional -＞ 10/10; The room comes with a good massage chair. All the power plugs are functional with good working condition; Hair dryer & steamer all works well; Bathroom & Toiletries -＞ 10/10; Bathroom have all those basic toiletries amnesties and it is very cleaned as well; The bathroom is still easy to access if the physical form of shape is small in size and will not be that user friendly for those that are huge physical shape form and height over 6 Ft tall; Sound Conditioning -＞ 10/10; We are staying in Room 1412 and there wasn't a lot of loud external noise that is very noisy or disturbing since the 14th floor is the highest floor of the hotel; Overall, it is just a spectacular fantastic hotel to stay in it with all the basic standard requirements which needed for tourist visiting for more than a week or so.

The location was good, but the room was quite small. I didn't like that they didn't provide proper cups or glasses for drinking. There were only plastic cups, which might not be ideal for hot tea. It was quite disappointing.
