Jag är helt besviken på det här rummet. Trots att hotellet är ganska bekvämt är upplevelsen helt oacceptabel. Först och främst är rummet mycket mindre än det är tänkt att vara.... Det sägs att rummet är 20m^2 men i verkligheten är rummet bara så packat att det verkar vara så litet som ett 10m^2 rum som jag bodde i någon annanstans. Dessutom är rummet inte rent alls och ganska dammigt, för att inte tala om att rummet alltid är mörkt och ett litet fönster som vetter mot en annan byggnad hjälper inte alls..... Jag förväntar mig inte detta på ett hotell i Japan för att var ärlig... Jag har reserverat 5 nätter med detta hotell. Jag kände mig inte bekväm sedan den första natten och så jag begärde en gratis avbokning för de senaste två nätterna, vilket jag var några timmar efter den kostnadsfria avbokningen. Även med den vänliga hjälpen från Trip.com vägrade hotellet att återbetala så jag har till slut stannat 4 nätter hos dem, och den sista natten bestämde jag mig för att stanna någon annanstans. Jag hoppas att hotellet kan följa mitt råd för att förbättra sin service, under tiden hoppas jag att resenärer som anser att detta hotell måste se till att du inte förväntar dig något bekvämt och rent under din vistelse. Inte för affärsresenärer heller - inget skrivbord och tillräckligt med ljus i rummet.

- good location (between JR ueno, Metro Iriya, and JR Uguisudani) walking to hotel around 15 mins form each train station. - room cleaning service is good. you need to leave your room card before you left the hotel. - my room type is standard type. i think it OK, but not enough for packing big luggage. - 2 single bed is ok for couple. - few midnight restaurant around here. only kombini *** the hotel has store contain everything that recommend for tourist!!! and you can get tax free, too. (the price is cheaper than other store in tourist spot)

It is quite unbelievable how dusty the room is. The walls and under the bed is COVERED in dust. Clearly have not been vacuumed/cleaned regularly. For some reason the toilet always smells like someone is smoking. Other than these, the hotel is alright, not very outstanding but given the price I am not complaining too much. The room is small as well but that is as expected. About a 15-minute walk from Keisei-Ueno station. Cannot say I will revisit again as there is better choice near Ueno Station.

Location was walkable distance to a few different train lines, mostly about 5-10 minutes. Asakusa and Ueno are a stroll away. Though it’s a bit of a walk but the area is peaceful and quiet. Room was definitely enough for solo traveller, liking the brown wallpaper to give the room more warm and welcoming feeling. There’s a shop selling duty-free goods at the first floor, so it’s convenient if you want to do some shopping. Felt the only downside to my stay was that the door doesn’t soundproof that well, and you might be awakened by people outside talking. Would definitely be a spot I recommend.

It is a comparatively cheaper hotel among other hotels around Ueno station, front lady was bilingual for Japanese and Mandarin though she chitchatted to other Japanese colleagues all the time was loud, bit unprofessional. We stayed for one night only in the twin beds room in which too tiny to squeeze 4 suitcases at the same time. People can just sit on beds in the room. The power sockets on the desk were malfunctioning, inconvenient to charging mobiles at the meanwhile getting hair dry with a hair blower. The lighting is adjustable. But reading light was getting too hot to change angles with bare hands while position felt to changed.

English: I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but in the morning, a male staff member knocked on the doors of all 3 rooms of our family, saying, “Check out time! Check out time! Check out time!” We were very shocked. I quickly told him that we had booked for 2 nights, but he said we had to change rooms. He spoke without politeness or a friendly tone. Japanese: 私は3部屋を2泊分予約しましたが、朝になって男性スタッフが家族の3部屋全てのドアを叩き、「チェックアウトタイム！チェックアウトタイム！チェックアウトタイム！」と言いました。私たちはとても驚きました。すぐに2泊予約していることを伝えましたが、彼は部屋を移動しなければならないと言いました。話し方も丁寧ではなく、親切なトーンではありませんでした。
