Super Hotel Premier Akasaka recensioner

Hotel was well located between 3 metro stations with lots of F&B options in the area and a convenience store downstairs. Area also felt safe and well lit. The room was not big but fairly clean. There was an unfortunate incident where I left my pajama top on the bed but it got lost by housekeeping and they were unable to find it eventually. Counter staff were helpful but I regret not making a police report as they suggested following up with the linen company, by which time I had left the country. There was a shared public bath but peak evening timeslots were allocated to male usage on the weekends so I was unable to use it.

Location is pretty great, it takes less than 25 minutes to most places. However, some amenities are lacking. For example, shower head doesn't tilt, limited lighting options, lack of screen cast on the TV. The hotel is right above a 7-11 which is pretty great, and there are pyjamas provided at the lobby. There isn't a key card, so you're provided a 6 digit pin code for your room.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a relaxing experience. One of the highlights was the public bath, which was well-maintained and a perfect way to unwind after a long day.   The service was also impressive—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. While not outstanding, it was enough to start the day off right. Another convenient feature was the luggage storage service, which made it easy to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out. This was really helpful for making the most of my time in the city. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with great service and facilities. I would definitely consider coming back!

The location is very convenience. Hotel room is clean and comfortable.

The location of Akasaka is very good. The room is compact but adequate for business trips. The shared bath is pleasant, but there is only one and the hours are divided between men and women, so you can't get in at any time you like. Free drinks are available during the day. All staff are friendly and courteous. Would like to use it again.

Compact rooms near the metro, convenient with many food options nearby as well

The area Akasaka is a great location for staying in Tokyo. Restaurants, Bars and Shops are all nearby. The room is quite small but it was ok as we were exploring the city the whole day anyway. The room was clean and we got fresh towels everyday. The Hotel also provides an Onsen, but we didn't use it.
