Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho recensioner

I love this hotel! I choose TAVINOS every time when I travel to Kyoto or Tokyo and they have never disappointed me. They have everything for short stays, clean and neat, nothing extra. I hope they will add more laundry machines to Hamamatsucho branch some day to avoid crowds, BUT they have AMAZING view. I really couldn’t believe that they have it for this affordable price.

Good value for the location, easy to get to the subway stops. Rooms are on small side but good enough for me.

Good location with family mart at the ground floor. Stayed here only one night. I like self service concept, you can pick up amenities, ice or whatever at lobby with fast self check in and check out. But!!!! Unfortunately the cleanliness is a big failure of this hotel. I cannot sleep and feel itchy on my body so I check my bed. I never see something like this before. There is small dust everywhere on my bed.

The hotel is good with good location. It is convenient to travel across Tokyo. The room is clean, but a bit small. They also offered simple breads as free breakfast. People are friendly there.

Perfect, nothing bad to say. The room are small but it seems to be the case everywhere in Japan. Well located in term of transportation, very calm district. Everything is new.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tavinos. We requested a room with a view of the bay ahead of time, and they gave us one on the 12th floor. The view was fantastic in the daytime and at night. The hotel is in business district that gets very quiet at night but is still a very easy walking distance from multiple convenience stores and restaurants and a grocery store. It's also within walking distance of popular street for dining out, Tokyo Tower, and Ginza, if you don't mind walking a bit. It's a 5-minute walk to a station on the Yamanote Line, which will take you to most of the big attractions and a couple of the Shinkansen stations. Our room was small, as we expected from the photos, but it was designed well and we could fit our carry-on suitcases underneath the bed. We arrived at the hotel hours before check-in and were able to store our luggage in the lockers downstairs so we could explore the city right away. That bathroom was surprisingly big for how small the bedroom is. The lobby is very spacious, and is a great place to hang out, work, or enjoy a very light breakfast snack while drinking tea or coffee. Family Mart is literally a few steps away from the front door of the hotel, and we often ate the rest of our breakfast there. It's also a good place to print out tickets. The receptionist in the hotel lounge helped us with the self check-in process, and everyone who manned the counter was friendly and knew enough English to understand us. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to friends.

Pro: Near Tokyo Tower & can be accessed via Monorail from Haneda Airport. Room have sufficient amenities. Family mart under the hotel quite spacious and have a lot of foods. Con: A bit far from Shibuya & Shinjuku.

When we first arrived it all felt a bit unfriendly, but we later realised it is all just very efficient. Everything is set up so you can self serve, you check in via a screen. We discovered the hotel has everything you need, you just have to work it out for yourself as they try to get you to self serve! Room was very small but that’s no uncommon for Japan. But location is excellent and I would definitely stay again.

The nearest JR is Hamamatsucho. You will need to walk to the north exit, there is the bridge connecting through Softbank building direct to the hotel on 3F. The optional train is Yurikamome line however it need to be transferred from Shimbashi station.

If you want easy access to Tokyo’s main transportation, a good night’s sleep between your crazy Tokyo days, and something more fun than the usual business hotel — this is your place. It’s just about an 8-minute walk to the Yamanote Line, and you’re ready to explore the city. The beds are comfortable, and the shower and toilet are modern and clean. The design is nice and not boring. The only reason not to stay here would be if you have a lot of luggage, since the room isn’t super spacious — but for me, with one suitcase, it was more than enough

We have trouble checking both times because they can't find our bookings and take out our precious time. And that cause us to miss our appointment. The bed is big but the space was too small for larger luggage.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel provided a drink dispenser, coffee machine, and some bread for breakfast, which was super helpful for us. There’s also a konbini just downstairs—so convenient! We really loved the peaceful area and the stunning sea view. The room was very clean, though quite small—it could only fit our large luggage opened out on the floor. Just a heads-up, it’s about a 10-minute walk from the JR line station, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags. But my favorite part? The shampoo and conditioner were to die for! I totally forgot to check the brand—if anyone knows, please share! Haha. Overall, a great and comfy stay! Ps: please note that it’s self check ins and outs, but the staffs are there to help if there’s any issues.
