Hotel Wing International Shimbashi Onarimon is centrally location with 3 train stations, all within 10 mins walk. Tokyo Tower also about 15 mins walk from the hotel. In addition, hotel do provide bread and free flow of coffee and juices. Will certainly stay again when ever I visit Tokyo.

10 min. from Shimbashi station with a lot of bar and restaurant , not nice area .

The staff are so nice and their speaking english is quite good. The service is really good. There're free drink services and breads for breakfast. The location, firstly, is a nearby tokyo tower. Every time I walked back to the hotel, I would take a photo of tokyo tower (endless photos). Secondly, there're many restaurants and Lawson, family mart nearby. Third, it's close to 3 train stations that easily go travel. The room size for me is ok, but for western people may seem too small for them. Next time for Tokyo trip, this hotel will be my accommodation.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s free breakfast consisting of bread. However hotel location sandwiched between Shiodome and Shimbashi station, while cleaning is done every three days. Rooms are tight fit. Amenities available of decent quality. Overall decent place to stay for work but not amazing.

Disappointed with the limited English or Chinese comprehension the front desk hosts spoke. They were rude and we were majorly dissatisfied with the lobby wifi speeds. The internet connection at this hotel was being overloaded during our stay and we could not connect to the provided WiFi network in the lobby or access 5G networks. This is a major issue for business travellers and those in need of staying connected with family. Please rework your internet connectivity as this cannot be an oversight. Your staff must also speak English at a hotel providing service to international travellers. Overall, a pleasant stay aside from minor inconveniences.

Very clean rooms and nice service. Complimentary drinks in the lobby had many choices.

The complimentary soft drink and coffee machines were nice. They also provide a variety of bread for a light breakfast. The staff was helpful and used to assisting foreign travellers. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station but is located within 15 minutes of several different locations and there are many convenience stores nearby. We were very pleased with the price and the quality.

Wonderful place for value stay. Breakfast offered is bread, bun and coffee but does fairly good job in providing value stay for really good service. Bed & bathroom sparking clean so would highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. We checked in late midnight and they are very attentive to us. The coffee and drinks in lobby are free for guests and they even have mini complementary breakfast for us to enjoy. It’s near to the metro station and walking distances to the Tokyo tower. Definitely will stay again if travel back to Japan!

Fresh, clean hotel in Tokyo. We love the fact that it’s newly renovated so from the lobby to the hotel room everything just looks new and feels new and smells so good. The lobby has free drinks, unlimited coffee, water, ice, juice drinks. They also have free tea, sugar, milk and you can use the bread toasters in the morning to toast the free bread they give for free. They have free toiletries and you can get as much as you want. Fresh towels everyday should you request for it. Cleaning services are not done on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Clean and cute bathroom. They have wide manga collection in the lobby and guests can read them. Only downside is that it’s a bit far from train stations.

Room very small, breakfast included but it was only bread and coffee, nothing else.

This is a small business hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are small but well equipped with everything that you need. It takes about 10 min to walk to Shimbashi station. This may be a good place to crash for a few nights near city center.

I was amazed by the amenities they had. It was so clean during our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
