Hotel Sardonyx Tokyo recensioner

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and the rooms were clean and big, but the foreign staff (not Japanese) were not very friendly. They didn't seem to care about our needs, and they should learn from Japanese etiquette.

Great location

Somewhat remote location from the main tourist attractions Pros: - Big spacious room - Window view (this thing is scarce in Japan) - A lot of necessities in the room Cons: - While room was clean it's definitely old. Our bathroom had a hole in the tiles that was gushing water. Room floor was torn in a couple of places. - Breakfast was ok at best, some food was often exhausted and was not replaced quickly As a resume: seems to be ok all cons considered, decide for yourself if pros overweight cons.

Hotel was very clean and had a convenient location - it was close to the subway and had many convenience shops close by. There was also an amenities buffet which was extremely helpful. However, the room cleaner did not wash our used cups

I took my family to visit Tokyo and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel room was spacious with 3 beds and could open all 28 inch suitcases. The hotel also provided breakfast which was very suitable for family travel.

Easy to access at Ginza area, spacious room as compared to most of the choices in the same area.

This hotel has a great location, very close to the train station. The room is spacious compared to other hotels in this price range. However, don’t expect good service—it’s really bad. The female staff member always looked annoyed and seemed like she didn’t want to work. She had no service mind and even yelled at me. Luckily, I met another staff member, a man around 30 years old, who was very helpful and provided excellent service.

Perfect stay. Definitely we will re-book if come to Tokyo again. In fact we spent another 3 nights in another hotel, but Hotel Sardonyx Tokyo is way better. The room is spacious with 3 super single bed. The room is cleaned everyday and the hotel even prepared 3 sets of pyjamas. My family even recommend me that next trip to Japan, if Hotel Sardonyx is available in another city of Japan, we must book!! The location is also very good. Max 200m from nearest subway exit. I think 3 star rating for this hotel is too under rated!!

It's a very nice hotel. The management team is very attentive and considerate. It provides most of the personal hygiene you need or you can buy some from the convenience store around. The size of the room is good but the light is a bit dark. Overall, the hotel is still pretty nice.

Big room size, convenient location. Easy to go anywhere from the hotel.Recommend.

The staff at the check in and in the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Would come back.

Great location you get anywhere easily with subways and Tokyo station is at a distance my 4 years old can easily cover on foot. Staff were so friendly and helpful they even helped me to retrieve a left behind item on the plane. Space easily accommodated my family of four (I mean this is Tokyo). Highly recommend.
