Decent hotel in Ginza. Do take note this hotel has smoking room as well. Unfortunately I’m a non smoker but I ended up booking a smoking room since the room is cheaper compared non smoking one.

Just 3 mins walk to Ginza main street. The hotel provides tons of free amenities you can pick up by yourself. There is a tax free store and a 7-11 just on the opposite side of the street.

Located near Ginza station and it’s a quiet environment. Convenient store is nearby with amenities provided at lobby. Highly recommend

Parking fee is expensive at 2000 yen per night. Other hotels are charging about 1200 yen for residents.

The hotel is near the JR 有樂町 station. Around 5mins walk. A very short ride from Tokyo station. Not so busy area in Ginza. Many good restaurant nearby. Room is very clean. Free Amenities are available in lobby.

We ate breakfast at the restaurant one time.  We are not used to eggs and ham and bacon cold as well as so many other foods. The drink bar was great.  Not used to the flavors and most foods we had never tasted before.  Had trouble with most foods flavor.  Many lined up at the microwave trying to heat up their food.  We didn’t return. Great front desk staff, helpful professionals with kind demeanor.

Great location near the Ginza district, close to train station and shopping in the area. Service was great, very attentive staff. Room was ok typical Tokyo style rooms small and cramped up. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great, buffet style with a lot of choices.

Rooms are clean and big enough for my 3 and 6 year old. There are 4-5 self laundry service machines which were busy at night time. Metro station is less than 1 minute away and nearby Yamato transport enabled me to ship non skiing suitcase and Pram to airport whilst we went skiing. Would stay again.

They gave us a smoking room and when we requested to change room , the staff at check in was very unhappy and asked us to contact our booking agent. She could not help as hotel was full . Even we turned on air cleaner and high speed air conditioning, the room was still smelling . We could only stayed in the room just to sleep as no other choice !
