Located near Ginza station and it’s a quiet environment. Convenient store is nearby with amenities provided at lobby. Highly recommend

They gave us a smoking room and when we requested to change room , the staff at check in was very unhappy and asked us to contact our booking agent. She could not help as hotel was full . Even we turned on air cleaner and high speed air conditioning, the room was still smelling . We could only stayed in the room just to sleep as no other choice !

The facility is not good as Tv remote is defaulted. No cleaning service for room while not putting the notice on the door, which is not user friendly. The room tidiness and cleanness is not good. The receptionist is not helpful.

Location was fantastic, have a pretty large bathroom which was a plus point in Japan. Highly recommended.

Located in Ginza, it is the perfect accommodation for a trip to downtown Tokyo. However, if you reserve a smoking room, non-smokers are advised to avoid it due to the strong cigarette smell. The non-smoking room was fully booked, so I reserved a smoking room, but the cigarette smell was so strong that it was very uncomfortable.
