I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Guest1 in Ueno, Japan. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the Ueno train station and close to popular attractions like Ueno Park and the Tokyo National Museum. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and great amenities!

Staff are very attentive and helpful, truly of Japanese culture. The place is on a quiet area and very safe for a solo woman traveler like me.

Hotel was great overall. Breakfast, although simple, was surprisingly good and the menu was different each of the 4 days I stayed.

This is a very small hotel with very limited space to move around. Just like most reviews mentioned, once you have your luggage in, you can guarantee that almost no space to move. But for all that, we would still highly recommend this nice hotel for its great location that is 5 min from UENO station, its delicious breakfast (Very tasty!) and the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and friendly, non intrusive staff. We do love the cute hotel!!!

Small room, if you have big luggages then is hard for you to pack your luggage. Small toilet but you still have hot tub that’s how this Japanese design Superb prime location everything walking distance

Great little cozy hotel. Not too far from Ueno Skyliner Station with direct train ride to and from Narita airport. This quaint little hotel also provides breakfast. Near famous Ichiran ramen too 😋

Nice advice. Very close to Metro I haven’t brought my room key, they kindly assist me to open the door.

Service was pretty good by the first Japanese uncle that we met upon check-in, all smiles and really helped us a lot. The other female staff were quite meh, no smiles, just normal service given, nothing exceptional. Room cleanliness wise, except the dust that was present (I'm allergic to dust hence the low cleanliness rating), it was fine. Location 10/10, near two convenience stores, one supermarket, and lift access to the Ueno station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Basic facilities, coin-operated laundromat, iron pressing board etc. Enjoyed the free welcome drink though. Free breakfast was alright, pretty basic.

Be Eco, many hotels provide cleaning every 3-day as default. Here provides daily clean but guest can take 1 can of drink if accept no cleaning. Also, they provide free drinks eg cola, onloog tea, coffee, etc, at lobby between 2pm to 2am. Good location. 5min walk to JR and 2 min to Metro (with lift access).

it is a place where you can easily to access. it is near the ueno station. Only the room is so limited in space as usual as in tokyo. otherwise it is a good place to stay
