15 mins walking distance from Shinjuku Station, not too far from all the attractions and shopping centres. Staffs are speaking good English, very friendly. The room is neat and clean, but the room is tight, hardly to have a space to open my luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay. As other reviews have stated, the rooms are on the smaller side. We knew that going in but decided to stay here because the location is great! The room was very clean and well thought out given the limited space. The breakfast was also nice and convenient, we started our days a little earlier than when most places were open, so breakfast on-site was perfect. The staff was also very nice.

On a quieter side of Shinjuku area. Good for families with children. Plenty of good restaurant around the areas. IMO, room are slightly bigger. Plenty of space to open up your big luggages. You can even store your luggages under the bed.

It’s in the heart of Shinjuku! Lots of food and shopping close by within easy walking distance. Train stations within walking distance too. Our room was small but great. Block out blinds, no noise, friendly staff and you’re able to leave your luggage before/after.

I’m travelling with 2 kids ( 10 & 5 years old), staying in a twin bed room but the sofa can turn into bed. Room size isn’t big but understandable in Tokyo. Amenities are great with self pay washing machine at Level 2. Hotel breakfast also great ( I had there most of the morning) Good location and near to train station ( Okubo, seibu shinjuku), nearer to the point the attraction at Shinjuku

Great room, lots of space for Tokyo. In-room features (nice shower/wet room, decor, lighting etc.) were great. A bit of a walk to a useful train station, but worth it. Near a lot of city activity but not close enough to be bothersome. Staff was helpful and provided useful services.
